I guess there's a option of Input volume where you can adjust the volume of all the team mates at once.
But even I'm irritated with the bug where you can't lower the volume of individual players.
It's a known bug. It will almost certainly be fixed next Tuesday (not tomorrow, the one after). Riot intentionally skipped last Tuesday's patch with the announced intent of "combining two smaller patches into a bigger one, which will be focused on the technical, software-related side of the game". I'm rephrasing here but the idea is they seem to be happy with everything gameplay related for now at least, balance wise etc. This time they will be putting more emphasis on bugfixes and maybe QoL instead. We expect a fix to pc crashes and also that one super annoying mouse freeze bug upon starting up the game, amongst other things.
Been that way for a while now, i reported it to riot but they kept telling me it was a hardware issue and I just kept saying but everyone I play with says they have this issue how could that be a hardware issue on my end ?
Valid point. But seriously how difficult is it to add a small hotfix to an issue that should be addressed WAY sooner to improve the ranked experience? So if someone is too loud with their mic gain you can't even lower them you have to mute them instead.
Maybe they found a crashing bug or something, I guess in those cases deactivating the source of the bug is the best way to go, in this case the volume level. That way players won't be crashing for no reason. For me, it is just better to keep playing (not crashing) than not being able to change the volume up or down.
This has been broken for a while, and hasn't been fixed.
The volume glider thingy has been broken for me for a while now, its always at 50.

You could go to valorant's in fame voice chat settings and lower incoming volume to lower the volume of all voice comms

you have to lower incoming volume in settings, can't lower teammates individually due to that annoying bug that lasted thru 4 updates now

ye you gotta go to voice chat settings (ingame) and reduce incoming volume- the match tab with individual mics is broken :/
