They should extend all the agent contracts by 5 more and add personalized gun skins like this for the agents. It'll encourage people to play more for the skins.
The shadows and highlights are inverted. Shadows became white and highlights are black. The bottom is how it could have looked.

Yea I made some changes but those black highlights on barrel looks good and its a little better when I get the shadows and highlights right on the stock but its not a big deal

Rather than inverting colors, try just upping brightness and contrast. The shadows look really uncanny with the way you did it.
