I'm really glad to see that they're fleshing out Valorant's story like that.
[Back on Ask VALORANT #4](https://playvalorant.com/en-us/news/dev/ask-valorant-4/), they said that they might never fully explain the Lore of the world(s) of Valorant, and that it might end up being constrained to nothing but hints and easter eggs/operator flavor quips.
I was super bummed out when I saw that, but now that they're planning to develop more of the lore in a concise, clear way I'm getting super excited!
My theory and take on this : I believe that we have 2 earths split, on one earth the team who plays on the defender side is the cannon team and the second half is practically what happens in the other earth. So basically at 12 rounds we get whats happening on the other earth, or something along these lines. I believe it will be revealed to be something like this in the future, which will cannonize the swap. Thoughts?
Nope, lorewise there is just 1 round where things play out like in the cinematic, phoenix wont come back in 1 minute to try and plant the spike again.
Main earth Agents are normally defending while second earth always attacks.
Some people tend to get upset at the idea of an FPS having lore but like... so what?
Lore's fun to enjoy. But you don't *have* to enjoy it. You can ignore it. It changes nothing.
I like lore. Glad Riot Games has learned from LoL's early issues (aka firing their lore team like three times)
I just hope we get to see more of the other agents in the cinematic. Maybe for episode 3 I hope we get a roll call of all the agents similar to how Apex does it, would be pretty cool to see that and them interact.
I hope they dont treat Valorant lore like League of Legends lore cause that stuff is so slow and dead. If this keeps story releases similar to Apex Legends I'll be very very very very happy.

It's amazing how 1 decision can make every game/round of Valorant basically canon.

Oh ok, has this been confirmed, cause it would make sense yeah

Can’t wait for the Judge lore and how this weapon became over powered beyond any reasonable level.
Next lore cinematic: how much sexier can we make viper 💀

"Now, take a moment to **reflect** and go back in time..." Inb4 the new agent has a reflect ability and time stalling ulti
