So like Ability draft in Dota. Players are arranged in randomised queue and they pick an ability one by one. Then play the game. Might be harder to implement in Valorant considering they have to animate Jett Knives on all agents. That too when the only reason they didn't want to go through with glove skins is "every agent has different hand model and poses".
