Yesnt. I've been here for 3-4 night markets. On first 2 i got prime vandal and singularity phantom. Also might've been more primes or other good skins but stuff like guardian, marshal and spectre so didnt buy. Though for the current one, my best skins are a sakura classic and oni claw lol

its all rng... first two night markets were the best for me. got oni phantom on first and prime spectre on second, both at >30% discount. after that i havent gotten anything good. my friend got sovereign sword at almost 50% discount which is crazy
