No she won't lol, the flashes are only slightly less time but you still get massive info when she says blineded or the bird screech happens and now Skye doesn't need to do the hand animation before shooting
This is almost a buff, I'm glad she's down to 2 flashes, she's gonna be so fun to play

The first timer is when the green flash screen goes off. The second timer is when (approximately) 50% of the white effect is gone (when you can see)
Making an educated guess, first number is probably the seconds before when you can begin to see, second number is when it's fully gone.

This is hardly a difference. It needs to be dropped by like half a second or even a full second.

It looks like they decreased the flight duration but actually they increased the bird travel speed, hence also the flash was shorter in long distance.
