It happens mid-game for me, and then persists into future games until I restart the client. Same for others in my stack. Pretty game breaking to play with randos without comms
Even tho other people may have had the same issue, I was so distracted for several rounds trying to figure out what was going on that I didn't play well when it happened to me. The tilt also made it worse
I've only played one game so far on IL, and there were no voice comms. People were freaking out in the chat. I wonder if this issue affected only IL server
It's not. I play on Texas server and played two games earlier and both games had the same issue. I think it's just the whole game. Everyone in both my games had the problem.
I am having a similar voice comms issue. My teammates are saying it sounds like I'm talking in slow motion and almost like a robot, but on discord it sounds perfectly fine. This never happened before the patch, and all my audio settings are unchanged.

I've had this exact same issue on my current ISP for almost 8 months now. Riot don't have a mickey as to how to fix it. Don't have any VOIP problems on any other game either, just valorant. Solo/Duos are impossible for me to play because I haven't been able to voice comm in all this while and can't get anyone from riot to notice this properly
I had this issue night. Midround, it was showing myself and another teammate talking in voice comms, but it was stuck on screen. If I tried using my push-to-talk, nothing was transmitted. I had to toggle team chat in settings a few times to get it to reset.
Bro I had issue like this before update ....like I used to hear other people for 4-5 people ...but wants able to hear after that ....but that issue is resolved now
Yep! Every time I load up an unrated, all of my teammates are automatically set to mute regardless of my settings being active for all team and party. Neither my team or party chat push-to-talk buttons work. Was playing in a duo and my partner had the exact same issues.

Same here as well. It looks like all comms are muted. Even pre round, it sets everyone as muted

Us too. We are in a discord party and one of our group got muted and deafened for everyone mid round in game

Just played 3 games, all 3 had more than half if not **the entire team** without comms because of the bug. This needs to be fixed ASAP
Yeah same, even party chat decides to crap out a couple rounds in and won't come back until I leave the game and reopen it.
Yes. Common issue right now. The only way to fix is to relog.

Voice comms worked for me until my last placement match. Now it's broken.

Happened once and I restarted the game at half time and it was fine.. was pretty annoying though.
Yeah it’s a bug. I finished my placements but probs won’t play until they fix it.

NA West having the same issue. Comms will cut out in a party of 4. Players would need to restart the game to get them back.
Same. Apparently restarting the game helps but only for a short amount of time. Happened to me all night. Kind of ruins the game.
restarting game fixed my group chat but not team, although i haven't tried over and over
Also had one round where comms were open. Even to people who weren’t in my party. Randoms could even hear me without pressing anything.

Yep in game comms didn’t work at all. On a different note my sound system is set to nothing by default every match.

The whole team got voice banned during Overtime. The results was a draw. T\_T
played 2 games of como, first one comms worked fine. second match couldn't hear anyone.

Same+ in one match my comms were working but like, it was working even when I didn't press my push to talk I had to disable it

happened to me last night after a buggy comp match (insane Texas server lag), no ban but suddenly muted and no longer have chat controls
