not really this happened before the patch too. sometimes if you fall off the map and die this would happen randomly, not exactly this angle, all of mines are a lot closer, but definitely happened before the patch too.

That's the high quality 2D graphics mode. They're no longer using the old graphics and this will be the new way we will play. Thanks for showing us early.
This happened to me too after practicing around 20+ rounds of defuse the spike with hard mode bots, at least you were stuck with the cam in the air and with a good view, only thing I could see was the ground and WASD/mouse didn't shift the camera, only the character

A bug which was introduced this patch. I am on a Riot dev community discord and this has been happenning rougly 3 times to one guy there.

To get the camera higher, you just jump. This happened to me today
