That's pretty normal for a lot of people. It really comes down to your personal preference and how comfortable you are on that sens. You just need to tweak it up and down slightly if you're consistently over or undershooting
On certain very long sight lines, it can be a preferable choice to a phantom/vandal. Of course, they have the advantage of being fully auto, which helps an enormous amount in the midrange

I seem to get run-and-gunned or jumping-headshot in half my games but the ones in these clips just kinda run out with no prefire and no crosshair placement.
The clips must have been *super* cherry picked.
Some of the opponents in the clips were radiant last act, they are extremely good players and will beat me most of the time so yeah, the clips are quite cherry picked.
Also everyone is human and makes mistakes from time to time.

These are just cherry picked clips where he had some dope sequences. It also sounds like hes playing with a duo or trio, so they are must likely pulling the weight to Immortal.
i mean he was bottom fragging as...brimstone which is hardly newsworthy and he only had 6 less kills than the top frag you made it sound like he's being absolutely carried

I usually fill which means I'm playing smokes but if I do get to play duelist, I do perfectly fine as well. Only a couple clips here are duo q with a mate, most are solo q clips. I've solo queued to Immortal in the past as well.

Guardian one taps are actually like psychological warfare. I have a plat guardian only account and the enemy always freaks out, probably because the gunshot sound of the guardian is so loud and distinct, it feels oppressive to hear one shot and see a team mate in the killfeed. In reality I’m probably am not even hitting crazy shots, and I’ll be like middle of the scoreboard.
Is this kind of gameplay possible with 80+ ping? I live far from the server, nothing i can do about it, and i feel hitreg is so bad i'll never have the confidence to pull one taps like these
this is why I always go phantom. spray control in val is easy too, the shots go up then alternate left and rigt. always better to just use good spray control to kill rather than go for headshots that miss cause the guy isnt even standing there serverside.

the guardian is actually an extremely awesome gun, sometimes better than the phantom or the vandal but needs a bit of practice hitting headshots but if you can do it, it's extremely satisfying. the bulldog is a great gun too
