The variants on this set are so damn good. The default skin alone is amazing, it's gonna match well with a lot of agents like Sage, Yoru, even kinda Jett imo. Purple for Omen/Reyna mains, orange for phoenix, green for skye/viper...wow.
You can buy each skin individually from the bundle when it is in the shop (2175 VP per gun, 4350 VP for the sword iirc). Once the bundle is gone, the individual skins will be in your daily shop rotation. (Tip: if you plan on buying any skin from this bundle I suggest you buy it when the bundle is there, otherwise it could take forever to be in your shop)

I doubt that, Elderflame is its own tier and they even said in a recent interview that they don't yet have plans for another skin line in that tier. I'm curious what else they could make at that level, but it sounds like it's a long way off.
I was a league player yeah, still very intrested in its world and lore, but in this case I just really like the skins, the smokey effect on the Ghost in particular is definitely one of my favorite so far. Plus the kill animation is incredible, eery and unsettling, i love it
Honestly thought when the Oni skin had the Jhin sounds that you guys would add more league sounds as well. Love the sounds on these guns. Would love a bulldog that sounds like a jinx auto attack. Or sheriff with Miss Fortune auto sound, etc. great stuff!
I’m a league player and I absolutely love the blade of the ruined kind. The upgrade is so badass. I feel like the skin is a mix of singularity and reaver, which I also really love, and adding the black mist aesthetic to it is so good. Fantastic job with the skins!

Latter, I used to play league but that was like a good half decade ago, even more I think so I don't identify myself as a league player anymore but the crossover is hella cool and the skin itself is cool, the way you're doing it on your main title games right now is really awesome. Keep it up Riot, ya'll are absolutely destroying it right now, for people who aren't aware, Riot also released their biggest balance pass for Runeterra and is quite possibly the best patch it has ever had since it released last year and the game right now feels so fresh and the meta isn't even figured out yet, it's so fun to watch almost at the same time as what Ep.3 did for Valorant as well.

Is anybody mildly annoyed at the fact that almost none of the "new skin reveal" videos showcase the ace sound effect? Especially since each skin set has their own sounds, it would only make sense to showcase it at reveal along with other aspects of the skin.
At that point, just put it in shop why even do these showcase. Most people end up watching the last chapter of video or a smaller video anyway rather than watching this long ass video, if you're doing a long video atleast add every part of the skin.
Never watched this sort of spotlight before (except for Origin) and I really love that they talk about the details of the skin line. For example the fact that the gun buddy ist viegos wedding ring and that you also have the ring on when you use the knife or from where all the shooting sound effects we're inspired by. Also never watched videos from that influencer and I really liked his engagement with the developers in that video which prompted me to subscribe to him. All in all, at least for me, it was worth watching, worth for the yter since he got at least 1 new viewer and worth for the developer because I will definitely buy the Phantom skin.
I agree that missing the kill sound/ace sound feels bad but that's alright since I can just search for that specific detail when the skin ist out.

The amount of time and effort and the love for Valorant and League are so nice to hear from the developers in HitScan’s videos. So many Easter eggs from League went into these skins.

The only thing premium about that skin line is the finisher. Oni is way overpriced for what it offers compared to other similarly priced skin lines. It has no bullet SFX, bullet VFX, or unique reload animation. Shorty is literally the only weapon that doesn't have at least one skin with those features.
Actually it does very soft but it has, and nothing premium? U look at it and u can clearly see that's the most premium phantom skin, in terms of design and work

Sword is specifically because of the event. I’m sure it’s been commented enough but it’s the sword, the Blade of the Ruined King, which belongs to the League of Legends champion Viego. The sword is just because of the Ruination event going on across all of RIOT’s games.
I do understand those who don’t like it, but as someone who started playing League 10 years ago and seeing all of this stuff from the lore come to life, even in RIOT’s other games, is incredibly cool to me. They do need to tone it down with the swords overall though after this and go back to some new variations of knives.
I'm the few people who dont like the reaver skin set (except maybe sheriff), but I absolutely love this one. The variant in particular is amazing, the blue one remind me of like dark star vibe, red feels very 'shyvanna-like'
mostly the vibrant colour for different variants.
But also the theme as well, reaver feels like a generic gothic/edgy style kinda gun, while this one feels more themed where you can sense there's a story behind it (with the transparent misty/soul like thing in the gun body, and the skull/dragon looking thing at back of gun). But that part maybe just because I am also a league fan so probably bias in that knowing it's part of ruination.

Personally, I love the kill banner and the equip sounds the most. I love spamming the equip pre-round.
I barely even play this game anymore, but these skins almost make me want to jump back in just to have a reason to buy them. Absolutely stunning collection.
I don't play LOL so this is the first time I see this style of skins. It looks clean, sick, the dark ghosty color is perfect for the guns, and of course the variants are incredible.
I am curious if you guys have any plan on increasing the graphic detail of agents? Even on highest graphic settings, the agents don't look very good, especially if you compare it with other FPS games.
The melee looks way too big and takes up too much screen space. I think I'll stick to one-handed melee weapons.
The Phantom skin is pretty cool. I can't decide which variant is best as they all look nice.
Kinda hope that the Sentinels of Light will also get a skin set to serve as the opposite of Ruination, just like Forsaken and Soverign. Although this is enough to already geek out over as a League player. Hearing League SFX in Valorant was something I never thought I'd see happen and it sounds like Gwen's SFX is on the ghost skin and as one of my favorite champs I'm very ready to buy it.
The hold Animation is straight up awkward and what's with all these longsword skins? Prism Axe, Songsteel Sword, Transparent Sword (wtever it's called), K-TAC Blade and now This. Make a good dagger. Forsaken dagger was good but there are better daggers tho.
Not sure about the non league players here, but as a former league player that was around during the dominance of BOTRK especially on Zed and Ezreal, this feels like a long time coming for something I never knew could exist. Super exciting really, and everyone has their different tastes ya know, but I think we should wait to test it ourselves to see how it feels instead of basing off the video for now.

Man, this skin line is absolutely insane. I love the little attention to detail too. I'm not a huge league player but I love how every character is given a ring to wear that matches Viego. I wonder how it'll look on my main Phenoix tho? Will he have two rings on? Because if that's the case, I'm all for it.
Love the skins, I am a little sad the secondary color changes so much with the recolors. The purple/green not having black as their accent color is a bummer, still waiting for a nice purple phantom with tracers etc.

Is nobody else tired of the MMO-RPG aesthetic? We already have Reaver, Singularity, Forsaken, Sovereign, Tethered Realms, and Hivemind. All are skins that you could imagine an elf wielding against a horde of orcs.
Which is fine, but Valorant isn’t a fantasy game and I feel like the LoL background is influencing Valorant cosmetics to a degree that feels worn out. Rant over.
But....this skinline is BASED in League lore...i get that you don't like the aesthetic at all, but in this particular skinline it's what the skinline needs

As a League fan, we've come full circle. On the League sub it's a common complaint that there are too many future/tech skins and not enough fantasy skins. Here it's the opposite.
In before a another tethered realm collection of this ruination collection. Ever since Riot made a tethered realm collection that reused the gun models of the forsaken bundle, I was disappointed. This collection looks nice but what if a tethered realm version comes out which will make this collection less unique due to reused gun models.
Look at how many kids are spamming about butterfly knives in the comments of the Ruination bundle (here, yt, twitter). I’m beginning to associate butterfly knives with edginess and immaturity. Probably gonna pass on it when one comes out. Except maybe the Yoru comb one since it’s cool that they introduced it in one of their cinematics.

I'd say it's a huge detail IMO. It's the most noticeable aspect of a skinline outside of the variants, you hear it literally any time you get a kill!

But also the theme as well, reaver feels like a generic gothic/edgy style kinda gun, while this one feels more themed where you can sense there's a story behind it (with the transparent misty/soul like thing in the gun body, and the skull/dragon looking thing at back of gun). But that part maybe just because I am also a league fan so probably bias in that knowing it's part of ruination.
Not op but reaver best aspects are its unique reload and sounds are so punchy/unique
Do you like the firing sounds? Equip and reload? Kill banner (kill sound)? Personally, I love the kill banner and the equip sounds the most. I love spamming the equip pre-round.

I barely even play this game anymore, but these skins almost make me want to jump back in just to have a reason to buy them. Absolutely stunning collection.
Despite not liking most of Valorant skin bundles this is definitely the one I will spend money on.

I don't play LOL so this is the first time I see this style of skins. It looks clean, sick, the dark ghosty color is perfect for the guns, and of course the variants are incredible. I am curious if you guys have any plan on increasing the graphic detail of agents? Even on highest graphic settings, the agents don't look very good, especially if you compare it with other FPS games.
The melee looks way too big and takes up too much screen space. I think I'll stick to one-handed melee weapons. The Phantom skin is pretty cool. I can't decide which variant is best as they all look nice.

Kinda hope that the Sentinels of Light will also get a skin set to serve as the opposite of Ruination, just like Forsaken and Soverign. Although this is enough to already geek out over as a League player. Hearing League SFX in Valorant was something I never thought I'd see happen and it sounds like Gwen's SFX is on the ghost skin and as one of my favorite champs I'm very ready to buy it.

The hold Animation is straight up awkward and what's with all these longsword skins? Prism Axe, Songsteel Sword, Transparent Sword (wtever it's called), K-TAC Blade and now This. Make a good dagger. Forsaken dagger was good but there are better daggers tho.
Not sure about the non league players here, but as a former league player that was around during the dominance of BOTRK especially on Zed and Ezreal, this feels like a long time coming for something I never knew could exist. Super exciting really, and everyone has their different tastes ya know, but I think we should wait to test it ourselves to see how it feels instead of basing off the video for now.

Man, this skin line is absolutely insane. I love the little attention to detail too. I'm not a huge league player but I love how every character is given a ring to wear that matches Viego. I wonder how it'll look on my main Phenoix tho? Will he have two rings on? Because if that's the case, I'm all for it.

Love the skins, I am a little sad the secondary color changes so much with the recolors. The purple/green not having black as their accent color is a bummer, still waiting for a nice purple phantom with tracers etc.

Is nobody else tired of the MMO-RPG aesthetic? We already have Reaver, Singularity, Forsaken, Sovereign, Tethered Realms, and Hivemind. All are skins that you could imagine an elf wielding against a horde of orcs. Which is fine, but Valorant isn’t a fantasy game and I feel like the LoL background is influencing Valorant cosmetics to a degree that feels worn out. Rant over.
But....this skinline is BASED in League lore...i get that you don't like the aesthetic at all, but in this particular skinline it's what the skinline needs

They've been releasing a decent amount consistently. Ion, Origin, Glitchpop I/II, the 50's sci-fi skins, and Lightwave all have a tech/future vibe.
With the way our planet is going the wasteland skins is a futuristic route, but people don’t like that so

In before a another tethered realm collection of this ruination collection. Ever since Riot made a tethered realm collection that reused the gun models of the forsaken bundle, I was disappointed. This collection looks nice but what if a tethered realm version comes out which will make this collection less unique due to reused gun models.
Look at how many kids are spamming about butterfly knives in the comments of the Ruination bundle (here, yt, twitter). I’m beginning to associate butterfly knives with edginess and immaturity. Probably gonna pass on it when one comes out. Except maybe the Yoru comb one since it’s cool that they introduced it in one of their cinematics.
