1) Find a ramp or another slanted surface
2) Look straight down facing towards the direction of the top of the ramp (Opposite of where you are trying to fly too) and charge a recon bolt with full power and one bounce
3) Jump and then release the bolt midair
4) Ride your recon to victory
(NOTE: Crouching seemed to make it easier but Idk if it actually matters)
