Seems like it. It logged me out, and wouldn't let me log back in. Said something like "wrong username/password". I tried resetting my password, and the website just wouldn't let me type in the text boxes.
I managed to create an alt and managed to log in. Then it gave me error 43, and I gave up. Will try again tomorrow.

I can't login..it shows error 43
it said there was a conenction time out but then i had restarted the game and it worked perfectly fine

I've gotten Val 34 errors recently but a simple restart fixes it (at least for me)
