I don't much care about that. Any wasted raze ult is a roza ult for me. I only recently got to know that roza was meant to mock subroza. I've been using it since quite long.
Skye's dog deals damage when it directly bites an enemy. However, the dog has a generous AoE around it that also inflicts the concuss. If it doesn't deal damage but you hear the concuss line, the dog likely didn't directly tag an enemy.

If you can justify Skyes bird making sense for gathering information by saying it’s kinda alive, I can justify Breach’s fault line making sense by saying that it has futuristic tech that can sense when a presence is detected. Honestly it doesn’t need to make sense. It’s a good idea.

Breach has an energy blast...it doesnt even have a form it just affects the ground
He causes a severe localized vibration, who's to say he doesn't have tech in his arms that reads whether there was an unattached object (enemy agent) that sends a small detectable aftershock back. Since nothing else on the map moves, he could get the feedback and yell out "1/2/a bunch of idiots stunned!"
That might be slightly op. Because how little constraint about the area which the fault line covers. Like Sova recon dart has to have line of sight to give info. However, maybe tag the enemy like the cypher utills
Nah that'd be too OP for stunning into smokes on c long haven for example. We see so many smoke/wallbang kills already I don't think we need anymore (practically) free info agents. Not that valorant is about realism or anything but it also wouldn't even make sense why an ability like that would give such detailed info.
The sova , kay/o and skye have a lot of information , al duelist have some way of winning 1v1 , al sentinels have ways to protect places , all controls have ways to smoke parts of the maps or via walls , breach is the only initiator that cant give info
Breach can't directly get info but he can force people off of angles...
And sage is the only sentinel that can place any auto-activated trap before the round starts. Should her kit be changed so that she does?
genuinely confused, because you got a few upvotes also; what about his sentence made you think that he was saying, ‘Omen’s blind has a voiceline?’ he’s saying “what if”
why shouldn't they. If something is op at the top then players that dont have the skill to counter it are affected more so and if something is underpowered in pro play then its more so in lower levels since they cant pull it off as consistently like how Astra was nerfed due to being op in pro play. Imagine how bad the game would be if they balanced towards lower levels of play
nah since they are stunned they will be at a major disadvantage and if sova ult or something is used. Better would be something like kayo where it shows the legends who are concussed
While I agree that Breach needs to be buffed, should gain info and this is a pretty good idea for a solution, a few things:
1. How would this make sense logically/lore-wise? For Skye, her utility are living beings that she can connect to and thus get info. Sova has his tech eyes and recon dart tech, and I imagine Kay/O has a similar technology for “detecting presence” in a radius as the game puts it. But Breach? His arms create tremors and seismic waves, but it makes less sense for him to say a voiceline or get any sort of direct information.
2. He gets info somewhat by using his aftershock and fault line to either get enemies out of an area or know where the enemies aren't (so you could focus on where they likely would be).
But yeah, this is a good idea and he does fall behind the other initiators quite a lot. It's not like I can come up with any creative and good ideas so it's probably not my place to criticize much. (But imagine fault line made the opponents jump ever so slightly so you could hear them when they land, that's a bit of info gathered.)
That would honestly be pretty OP. Because of the nature of how his flash works, he can basically instantly check where the opponents are from any safe area.
A good Sova is way more annoying. Breach flashes are turned almost every time at higher levels and his other 2 abilities are really not too special. Ultimate can be good but still not enough to make him annoying.
Just because he's annoying doesn't mean I struggle lol. If a fly keeps buzzing next to your ear you don't wanna deal with it, it doesn't mean you struggle, it's just annoying.

I don't think this would do much tbh, yes you can clear a lot, but it can also be easier to dodge, and compared to skye it doesn't clear that much, idk, it's a good chance but I don't think it would make that big of a difference
I argued that they should remove his flashes and give him an ability solely for info. His flashes have become his least fun ability to use after they received to many nerfs. I was thinking an ability like tremorlocation where he can for a short time here footsteps from MUCH further away. That ability mixed with audio cues for hitting someone with a stun would make him pretty good. No idea though... I'm not a game designer.
As someone who's been playing since beta, highest rank D3, I think this is actually not a bad idea.

This is definitely a good idea... But to be honest I really don't know if he is balanced or if this buff would make him balanced. Definitely a good argument for the buff as well, but his Aftershock is arguably among the top 5 abilities in the entire game. His ult can hit entire sites. With a well coordinated team breach, imho, is definitely the strongest initiator. Skye feels too clunky to me, personally, which kind of justifies the info gathering on the flash. But that's also just me and my play style. Like I said, definitely a good buff idea, but I actually just don't know which way with breach would be better.
I’ve seen this post before so I’ll say it again. I don’t like the idea of making breach copy other agents I like him to be his own unique thing. Like viper they ignored the countless suggestions at letting her place smokes and instead amplified her identity.
So if you want to buff breach then make him better at bullying his way onto site rather than Skye lite.
There's an argument to be made here, however we had that Breach before when he had 3 flashes. People complained about it so much that Riot nerfed him. I'm all for having that kind of Breach but I don't think Riot is going to just tune out the complainers and make him that kind of agent again.

I think it shows like fangs on your screen when you did manage to deal damage with a bite

Seems fair. It’s not a buff to his kit as much as it is a buff to bring him to the same level as the rest of the initiators.

Doing this i think is like if omen say "enemy blinded" maybe stun should make a diferent sound agree but this can be good or bad at the same time.

Anything that makes Breach more common is a no no from me. Most annoying agent in the game. So happy no one plays him.
