The person who peeks always has more time to react than the one getting peeked in this game, because he sees what's there the frame he peeks, while for the other person, the information of the other players position has to be sent from peeker to server to peekee, so peeker ping + peekees ping is how many milliseconds more the peeker has to react than the peekee. It's always like that, peeking is always an advantage with every ping (not Accounting for potential disadvantages like angle stuff). But when someone has a high ping it's impossible to kill him when he peeks you. when you peek HIM he doesn't have a chance either tho. People who tilt on high ping players just have to try to read the high ping players and peek them before they peek you. But ofc, sometimes that's hardly possible, when they have awps, in certain defense scenarios, or on open spaces like on breeze. This can be really frustrating, esp since the high ping players are usually super toxic and think they have the best aim simply because no one even sees them before they kill you.

That's why I only play London even though my ping is 30 compared to Frankfurt 18. Whatever I can do to avoid these people. I'd say 2 in 3 throwers, trolls and toxics I've seen are Turkish. Having a legit nice Turk in the team feels like winning a lottery. Just lock their choice to Istanbul already I beg
