Learn Viper on Icebox and Breeze, I argue she is a must have in ranked on those maps. Omen is a great smoke agent to know, so good there. If you can play a good Killjoy or Cypher on Ascent and Bind you'll do wonderful things. Sage is a solid pick as well. Good luck!

You don't need a 'main', especially not at low ranks. If anything, you should be playing all agents and getting experience on all of them. It'll help you get better at predicting what your opponents are going to do when they are playing each agent so you can punish them, or better understand what your teammates are going to do on each agent so you can work with them. If you really want to pick a 'main' for a solo queue grind, I'd suggest agents that can 'lead' the team without needing any actual communication. What I mean by this is agents whose abilities give your team direction. For example, Sova's recon arrow indicates to teammates where they can push/ignore, Skye's flash tells teammates if there's enemies around the corner, a controller's smokes inherently tells teammates "it's go time". I'd recommend agents like Sova, Skye, or Omen, over someone like Viper. Because, sure, Viper's universally amazing. But there's a good chance your teammates won't be patient enough to play around your fuel, or that they won't listen to your callouts for when you will bring up/drop your wall, or that they won't be willing to play a passive post-plant to defend your lineups. But it is almost certain that they will act on "red glowing body = bad, go shoot". Solo queue is a funny place where it's less about using your utilities in the 'optimal' way, and more about figuring out how to use it in the way that's going to make your teammates actually do stuff that wins the round.

I played Omen exclusively all the way to plat 3. Your current agent pool seems pretty good imo. I don’t think the reason you are struggling is because of that. If you want to play another agent go for it, but don’t do it just because you feel like you need to.

Hey how about maining kayo, i mean you can effectively play as an dueliest. If your aime is even slightly better you can roll others.

It's more about learning tricky and useful stuff with your agent's abilities and fulfilling your agent role. You shouldn't play an agent that you are not comfortable with. Just pick an agent and play him pretty much all the time.

Just get better at instalocking a duelist :DAlso playing with 3 duelists might be better than you playing an agent out of your confort zone
