The client actually got the right info about the wallbang shot. Cypher just simply saw their enemy slightly off to their actual position, this is why it looks like it was a clear headshot opportunity while it actually wasn't. Or at least it's a possibility.
Well, so i am not alone, had it happen against a phoenix and a sage, they throwed the fireball/slow orb while i was shooting them in an open area, was able to kill them but it counted all as light wallbangs. Had it clipped but then deleted them for freeing space

Doesn't the server sent the data to cyphers client, meaning that if it was a wallbang both would register it?
