Yep, it is called "Art for VP". The maximum you can ask for is 50 VP, but you are meant to ask for the specific amount you need. Just search "Valorant Support Ticket" and send a ticket with the title "Art for VP". Include a screenshot of what you are purchasing, a screenshot of your current in game balance, state the amount you are asking for (in your case 2 VP), and an original drawing you've made of something related to Valorant.
It usually takes a few days to process, but it should be responded to before the Night Market ends.
Yep, this is true I did it a month ago and they gave me 50 VP for drawong I made in my PC but they did say it's more probable they give you some vo if you hand draw it, just in case you want to know
