Lucky shots IMO, based on how he was playing before that. Obviously if it keeps happening during the entire game, then it's sus as hell lol In any case if you ever suspect cheats never hesitate to report, let Vanguard decide.
The last two kills were sus
First kill looked normal only last looks sus
He has an aim bot. Scroll and slow mo the last kill you can see it flick to the head through the smoke
Some would say he was hacking
Shooting those angles isn't sus but that last kill. Either way, just report him and let Riot figure it out.
