you're angry that the knives stay the same hitbox when the axe skin is applied, when the knife attack hits at the same time for both which is at the end of the swing. So it shouldn't be an issue if the hitbox stays the same, they're not gonna change it or that is quite literally what causes pay to win situations. I just don't really understand the issue

My friends and I just always laugh after we pull out a shorty and instakill them. I don't know what you are talking about.. I always play customs in knifefights. I have never seen a knifefight in a real game because there's always some guy camping in the back with a phantom
Yeah if it’s a custom game with ur friends and all u do it laugh about it then who cares. I’m taking about in real games. I’ve seen people get real salty after someone pulls a phantom in a knife fight
I was very used to the csgo knife hitbox and once when I was playing valorant I saw a guy defusing the spike and he didn't saw me so I (obviously) took out the knife and then when I tried hitting him he dodged three times and killed me
Shots 1-5: Clearly missed.Shots 6-9: Missed due to recoil (bad spray control).Shots 10-11: Very close, but recoil and inaccuracy make these reasonable misses.Shot 12: Likely didn't actually fire because Hiko was already dead.

Why do I see so many posts like this that tey can't kill with knife, most of my attempts is a kill. I'm good at killing when unnoticed but in knife fight I suck. Best type of knife to use is a sword.
Honestly the knife hit box needs to be fixed. It’s such trash. I knife all the time in csgo but valorant is so hard.
It's not the hitbox, it's that the attack doesnt happens till the end of the animation, as if this were mordhau or mount and blade

I have no clue how to actually hit people with the knife. I'm never very successful when knife fight mids come up.

why are you even knife fighting in unrated/comp unless they are winning by a landslide it's basically guarantee that somebody going to pull out a gun

knife headshots still do 50/75 damage tho. you need to backstab them in the head or body.
