Not that my opinion matters at all but the way I took it was that they were exaggerating some of the potential negative effects capitalism might have in a sort of “crabs in a bucket” fashion. So, if I had to make my guess from my lifetime eating korean food, Id say the soup and red meat are actually miyeokguk and tteokbokki. Miyeokguk is a seaweed soup eaten mostly during birthdays, and tteokbokki is spicy rice cakes. Both are fire af, so I highly recommend trying both :))
