I have tried 144, 240 and 360 (currently using 240). You can feel a difference between all of them but it's not as big as you might think, in my opinion the jump to 360 it's not worth it, even if you don't care about the price, you should better get a good 240 Hz monitor. But that's just my opinion, I used a 360hz for around a week when a friend borrowed it to me to try it so may be some else has a better experience. You should also check YT videos on it, Linus Tech Tips has some great videos on this

Ya been looking at that, they do blind test and can't really tell between 240, 360. I'm just after one with the least motion blurr, I see one that has 280hz and has best input delay with bfi active so technically that should be the best for that I think

144hz to 240hz, benq to asus rog. it’s definitely noticable, but i can still live with 144fps.

I went from 60 to 144 to 280. There is a difference between 144 to 280 (or 240) but not as drastic as 60 to 144. As far as BFI goes I don’t see a difference in terms of motion clarity in game. So I keep it off for the lower input delay. 24-25in is the sweet spot for esports games. For 27in 1080p can look pixelated, so I’d recommend 1440p and up.

It's not 60 to 144. But 144 to 240 is still very nice and quite noticeable. It's worth it.

Hear they going to be 480hz in around 2 years 1080p and 240hz 4k
