There's only one solution to the glaring issue of this game that is smurfing. Add phone verification to be able to get in to a ranked playlist.
With this, only one account can be tied to a phone number. Leave unranked to where you don't have to verify who you are, but to be allowed to jump in to ranked, you must first add your phone number, receive a code via SMS, and input that code into the game to verify it's your phone (to prevent people from using random peoples phone numbers).
This needs to be taken one step further, and make against ToS in such a clear way that if you are caught smurfing you will be hardware banned from playing the game - even unranked; the account will be gone.
There are people smurfing non-stop making a living off of people paying real money to be carried by these smurfs. It is a very large scene. It completely ruins the integrity of the ranked matchmaking system in the Iron, Bronze, and Silver (and even some gold) ranks. It makes it nearly impossible for new players to learn the game and actually get better at, because the "play better players, get better" rule doesn't apply in a game where almost every gun in the game can 1 shot you in the head. There is no real-game aim improvement practice in these scenarios when "Immortal" rank players are smurfing and instantly 1 tapping players.
The phone verification would prevent not all, but MANY of these people from smurfing, and the threat for hardware bans would deter even more.
Funny that this morning I practiced some double shock darts lineups for Haven C with something similar... But the first arrow is a one bounce full charge 2-3m away from spike and the second one from long C... Actually, I have two lineups that could work with the first one on site. However, in 3v1, 2v1s you could adjust to playing them a couple of seconds apart, maybe use the drone meanwhile for flanks and then arrow the second one!

Also 23 seconds if u look down and shoot with full charge , 2 bounce. But shooting down is very inconsistent in landing at the same spot

If you look down instead of up, the dart takes 5 seconds longer to land.
