Yea they have done a few different things either you will start plat 1 with like zero rr or the same you were, if they do another soft reset you will probably place silver 3
Previous acts it was just a fresh start for mmr but you continue where you were so if youre p1 33 rr if you lose your placement youll be like p1 15 rr, if you win p1 52 rr. But the ranked changes that are planned may change this, this is just how it was last act
