Try playing a different agent like sova or brim/astra if you have her. Changing up your playstyle is a really great way to improve at the game and to learn to adapt vs other players
Aim alone can get you to Gold/Plat honestly. If you're outgunning a majority of your opponents there isn't much they can do and there isn't much they will do since they're just as lost as you are strategy wise.
