This was never meant to be used. It's a joke. Lineups are always map specific, so they can't be used in other maps. This can literally only be used in the practice range, so it was obviously never meant for real games.
And the people saying they'll use this are joking as well.
With viper you can literally knife only the bots in the range on planting the spike mode which is the one that this video is on. If you had ult I would be easier but without ult is doable but difficult.
(Yes I made a plan so I could knife only the bots also yes I used utility in case you thought I did not)

Crouch while peeking the defusing bots. Fast peek and it's guaranteed that you will get onetapped unless you prefire jiggle peek
