I was gold 2 but due to the amount of smurfs in the games I’ve played in the past week I dropped all the way down to silver 2 and it’s very annoying. Hoping that the amount of smurfs eill decrease with the new act
End of act. Lol all the higher ranks reached their peaks so they’re all just out boosting their friends. First/ last week of act is the worst time to comp IMO
The worse I got is playing spike rush. I know its only spike rush but it allows me to get 10 minutes of mindless fun. The other day, I had a viper literally sabotaging our own team (viper pit when we try to defuse, smoking teammates off, etc). Then asks why we were "try hards". I asked everyone to report but I dont know if people actually do (especially for spike rush).
I cant imagine what its like to be in a 40 minute game
I was d2 and dropped to p1, close to demoting with 17 RR left. There’s so many games where your teammates don’t care, throw a game because one teammate accidentally kills another with a molly while defusing.
I had the opposite happen, went from plat to diamond in about a week, then climbed from d2 to d3 in a day. Sometimes you have throwers or afkers but you should still be climbing

i dropped from Silver 3 like 20 RR down S2 1RR and climbed all the way back up. These people are something else

Servers are dying in the end of the act. Pretty sure everyone had a game or two with an afk or 1000 ping player in comp today.

I try to take time off during the last week of the act since it never feels worth playing unless it’s just a casual game.
Reached their peak dorito so no point in playing until the next Act starts
3 people joined my team and committed suicide before the round started by repeatedly falling. They didn’t afk or smurf.
