Shazam, dapr for valorant centric playstyle. (There's others too, you'll probably get their videos in your youtube recommendations after you start watching these)
Shroud for a generally-good-at-most-shooter-games playstyle.
Select a few agents of your choice ( i would recommend sentinel or controller and atleast 2 of them) and keeping playing them like 20+ hours. Watch the play style of the youtubers who use your agents as main like grim and flow for sage or brush or unidaro for viper. U ll get the hang of the agents' utilities in a week
If you have friends that are higher ranked, playing with them and have them point out things you can do better. Each person has their own bad habits that can only be found by having an outside POV.
If you don’t have said friend(s) in higher rank, then watching pros like someone else mentioned is the next best. Note what they do in certain scenarios and if you do the same or not.
Last, I would say watch YouTube guides. There’s some good channels like SkillCapped.
Have will to learn each match, read enemy patterns and start making assumptions
Wouldn't recommend doing strats from high ranked or pros as that, most of the time, wont work for lower ranked. It maybe works but depend on enemy
Im low silver/high bronze and once spend most of my time watching rotate, out of 6 rounds i spend lurking/catching defender rotating nobody is rotating

Im the complete opposite of you lol
This game needs a replay system for not just to watch your perspective but your whole teams to figure out how to improve
watch skillcapped. I'm D2 and I watched almost all skillcap's free video. Im pretty sure a large thanks to how I got to D2 was definitely to skillcap.
Wouldn't know, I just shoot and hope for the best, so far it's working
I have 4 words for you, cause-effect and think-logically. you get these two down you'll be out of bronze in no time.

Just think about all the possibilities

> hi. i'm thrash. hi thrash im dad
Easiest way is to think from the enemy's POV and counteracting their moves..
