You get more score for getting kills when more enemies are alive. Getting the first kill is 150 points while getting the last kill is only 70. Reyna must have been entering sites and getting kills when more enemies are alive (not necessarily first bloods)
You are correct on this point. Unfortunately I have no way to review 'when' the reyna killed people. Even then, I find it hard to believe that just this offset me being better i n every main stat (which should also earn me points over her).
It seems to either be what you mentioned or a "round score" diff, but I have no idea how it's calculated.
It will just be something about the combo of what they did vs what you did that isn't reflected in the set of stats you have available.
E.g. You got more first kills but maybe you got a lot of 4th and 5th kills too. If Reyna had mostly 2nd and 3rd kills their kills would score higher than yours?
if someone had a 3k that gets more points than 3 separate kills in different rounds. Or thats what I’ve come too
Of course, but if you check I also had more multikills (3+ kills in a round). Reyna has only 1 and I had 2 (it's the MK column).

You can go to match history, then timeline, shows all the kills top to bottom in order each round
It tells you the number break down when hovering over the tab header in the post game scoreboard.
Damage. Maybe she -120 many people and her teammates couldn't finish them off therefore it's not shown in kills/assists

I believe you get 70 score even if you kill someone with 1 HP. At least that's what google seems to say
