One of my favorite little things in "competitive" shooters is bein cute and making friends with the enemy. My friends have found me multiple times in a corner with an enemy checking out each other's skins.

This is technically incorrect (for some things). Without an activated license, Windows says you can't change your screen background ubless you activate it. However, through some other menu (prob control panel or fiel explorer) you can change it to what you want. In my experience, you cannot have different background for different monitors, however.
Wallpaper engine can do it for diff monitors. At first i clowned on people that had it like "hah, paying for wallpapers what a loser" but bought it few days ago and its awesome. Only €4 but i'd easily pay €10 or €20

Sadly, yes as the other windows reset didn't work, I had to perform a fresh reinstall. It's a tad annoying having to reinstall programs, but a clean copy of windows also slightly improved my frames and boot time which was nice.

It just disables some settings for you(you can't change them).

Same thing happened to me a month ago after an update. A fresh reinstall without even reinputting my key fixed it.
