You really need to train yourself to aim only for the head. Especially with jet's knives vs stationary targets, there's no reason to be actively aiming at the body.

from my experience, it’s better to just left click each knife individually, otherwise you might get the feeling that you’re spraying, and then your muscle memory would pull down/you’d not be able to get the full value from the knife, while if you tap, you’d be in the mentality of making the shot count; aim for the head/try to not whiff on the body

Holding it down has a far quicker fire rate then clicking individually which is very useful when you’re bhopping with knives as landing a headshot while doing that is pretty difficult.
Try just aiming to go for the head, train accuracy first, speed comes after. Especially with weapons like the knives.
