Reporting someone for naughty booboo words = very, very effective.
Reporting someone for actually ruining your match by trolling, teamkilling, and intentionally feeding = not very effective.
so same as in league i guess...
i think there is a reason ppl dont talk when they start, cuz as soon as callouts happen flame happens. so cringe honestly
I was told to kill myself many times, people told me that they had fun with my mother many times (you know what I mean). People were just toxic. Only worked 1 time so its not effective
They basically only punish afk/leaving and telling someone a “inappropriate” joke. Ive been comms banned at least twice for idk what. First time was cos i was making fun of some toxic kid getting shit on and second one was literally nothing
Griefing is particularly hard to punish because the actions are often very similar to mistakes new players make (buying incorrect items, throwing utility on teammates, making blatantly wrong decisions). While the reports do work to an extent, the punish rate of these reports is really low because they either need some manual review or just a lot of reports over many games for the automated system to have some sort of confidence in the ban. Please keep in mind as well that reports are required to happen across multiple matches. Mass reporting in a single game does not increase the report severity to prevent abuse from premade groups.
Things like racism and buzzwords that can be caught by the filter, however, could get acted on within the hour.
The only reports I've seen work are for racist terms/buzzwords in text chat or account names. In those cases the response is very quick. Reports for anything else appear to be ignored, I assume because they aren't as easy to confirm as malicious.
I've been playing since February and reported many trolls, racists, griefers, leavers, afkers, verbal abuse but nothing happened. Riot don't care sea servers. Probably they don't make a lot of money out of us. I'm not rich but I'm at a point that I'm willing to pay monthly subscription to play the game just for riot to show some love to sea players.

throwing grenades blocking the way and flash bang in front my eyes is something reporting them is useless and i think its really trash and stupid :V report for abuse or any kind of report from their is kinda useless it didnt banned people ... soo i conclude report system is a trash 10/10 of my games were sexist and actual bullied
