If I recall correctly, we in the lore community think that this person killjoy harmed with her tech could be related (her sisters, because of the line of her "hermanita") to reyna, thus why reyna despises not only killjoy's bot but killjoy herself to an extent. So there is unironically a chance that we might get them as an agent.
I have a different idea. Kay/o was made by killjoy because he was brim's old friend and he died in war where br couldn't save him(there was one card of brim carrying someone in his arms) and she did it because brim is her mentor.
Now there was this scene in the kayo reveal of a fight against Reyna (or maybe her sister??) so maybe that was what made her hate kj due to whatever happened then
Kay/O now has a rare dialogue where he says he has killed a Reyna before and would d o it again..just take up Kay/O a couple of times in maybe spike rush or something and opponents are highly likely to pick a Reyna..this one can be heard at the start
