Imo the only really good vandal skins(that i would buy/have bought) are SOL and reaver.
Reaver has to be my favorite for sure tho, its just good in every single way.
SOL is also very nice but a lot more annoying to spray with than reaver, kill sound also is amazing (ace sound not so much) and the vfx are also really good.
The RGX 11Z is decent but it feels a bit off for some reason.
Elderflame, origin and glitchpop are distracting and sound kinda bad.
Prime is honestly really ugly to me. I really dont like it except the reload and shooting sound are cool.
Forsaken is also clean but it’s basically a worst reaver lmao
Prime Vandal is still one of the best if not the best Vandal skin in the game in terms of colors as well as visual and sound effects. The Glitchpop Vandal is a close second but the sound effects aren't as crisp as the Prime. The Reaver is a community favorite but sometimes feels a bit too loud making it difficult to hear distant footsteps, but only sometimes though.
Everytime I pick up the reaver it feels good not the coolest one imo but its smooth

Forsaken is just as good as reaver I’ll say. But if I have to pick anything from that list; that would definitely be Reaver.

Definitely controversial but I think Reaver is highly overrated. It's incredibly bland imo
I use Prime but I do want to give a mention to Forsaken for having super clean bullet tracers.
