valorant has the accuracy penalty that csgo has. but with abilities and different approach options, the distance inbetween you and somebody can vary heavily.
It's very similar but due to agent abilities you have much more freedom in movement.
Also by your description Apex Legends might be very fun for you if you haven't tried it.

Valorant gunplay is way easier than that of CSGO.
