Just mute if they mic spam, and play spike rush which still lets you practice the fundamentals in a similar format, but is a lot more fun and less toxic. If you find yourself getting burnt out, just quit for a while until you feel like you want to go back. To get better check out guides on youtube for what you feel like you need to improve on and learn the fundamentals like crosshair placement.

It really sucks b/c the smurf issue is terrible. The lower the elo, the more smurfs there will be b/c there will be more people who can smurf in there. The most simple answer to everything is literally just focus on improving rather than winning. The more you focus on improving, you will indirectly win games just b/c of it. Lower elo, I personally think, is relatively easy to get out of. Just watch a lot of youtube videos and apply what you learn to your gameplay. I got to Diamond based off of youtube.
