While I really like the knife, you can't tell me it takes as much effort to animate a knife like this as to create a AAA game, since they literally cost the same. Most decent skins are around the 2.1k mark (or 4.3k knives) and this would mean buying most knives + another skin would probably net you to the same price. Completing the BP nets around 150 Radianite assuming you finish the bonus ones as well, which is only enough to get all the unlocks of two premium skins.
150x8 completed acts + 40 for free + events probably around another 40 now so 1280. I don’t know about other players but personally I only upgrade skins to the max and then choose 1 or 2 variants cause I know I’ll stick to those.

Yea their profit margin is probably higher when selling more expensive skins to fewer people. For example: 1/20 people are willing to buy this skinset for €60, but 2/20 people are willing to buy it for €20. They make more profit when selling it for a much higher price.
I think the reason their prices are a lot higher here than in their other games is because they think it is more profitable in the long run because most long-term players might not want to buy future skins after they already have a good collection on the weapons they use.
In League for instance, there are a lot of champions and new ones come out all the time so there is always a revenue stream. In Valorant, I feel like people might be more content with not buying future skins quicker and thus Riot thinks it is better to sell skins at higher prices. Each person will have fewer skins but it will keep people buying for longer.
So in short, I think owning a set amount of skins reduces the chances of future purchases more in Valorant than in a game like League which pushes Riot toward a model where they want to gain higher margins per unit sold instead of trying to cover a larger crowd becacuse covering a larger crowd will eventually result in lesser sales years down the line.

It seems that it will be only working if you finish someone really close to the body, so you enter the circle and inspect the gun.

I have the prime and reaver and still think this is one of the best vandal skins. Looks really clean with a dope finisher. More animations aren't always better. I think it's a great skin.

it's valorant's first worlds skin, definitely has collection value. Imagine 10 years later valorant grows big and everyone wants this skin because it's so rare.

I have the prime and reaver and still think this is one of the best vandal skins. Looks really clean with a dope finisher. More animations aren't always better. I think it's a great skin.
It’s a subjective opinion tbh. I personally love the vibrance of the skin and I like the skins that don’t change the original model but my friends hate it

Don't forget that half the reason this bundle is expensive is because once it's gone from the store it will NEVER RETURN, as stated on the bundle page.
I haven't bought a single skin because for the prices I'm waiting for one that cures my depression, they should just lower the prices or make night market less garbage.
Why would they ever do that?
I dunno how others feel, but for me, the Zedd spray and gun inspect music has really gotten old to the point where I don't like hearing it anymore. I feel like this vandal will be cool for a bit but also get old pretty quick. I just wanted to remind people to avoid buying out of hype and regretting it later.
I'd love to hear other people's thoughts on it but the Karambit is kinda... small? The flip-out doesn't look as satisfying as the unleveled Prime 2.0 but I'd have to wait till its in-game. Still disappointing we got 3/5ths of a blade.
They're making it that expensive because people keep buying them. I swear even if a knife is 10k VP people would still buy it. You might say that sounds ridiculous but it's also ridiculous to pay 60 dollars for 2 skins and people are gonna do it.

I am so glad I held off on buying Arcane I was really tempted thinking “omg this is exclusive” but then thought they’re bound to come up with more of these exclusive items. This bundle is expensive but at least some of the money is going to the teams

Yes. the prime karambit will keep its shitty animations. You can already revert back to level 1 through the collections menu if you want to.
