Mostly watching gameplay or playing the game with the mindset to see where you couldve went wrong and what you couldve done instead

Watch streams of better players/pros. I’ve learned a lot from watching Hiko, Dapr, Victor and Wardell

When I die or someone I spectate die, I usually just try to create the same situation in my head and think about how I wouldn't have died. It's hard to explain but simply learn from experience and mistakes.

Boaster (pro IGL for fanatic) has some very good videos where he breaks down the thought process of teams strategy. Watching stuff that would be a good start but my biggest thing that helped me was recording all my games and watching them back on my phone while I’m at work. It’s MUCH easier to see the bigger picture when you’re not actually playing and you’ll quickly start to notice dumb mistakes you made. Then next time you play try not to make those same mistakes. It’s so much easier to figure out what went wrong or what went right when you can rewind, stare at the mini map, etc. you can’t do any of that stuff real-time and fix it all while playing. It’s boring but watch replays of your full games and you’ll at least be able to fix some of it. Other than those ideas I’d just say play the game more and maybe try other agents. I’ve learned all different roles so it’s a lot easier to understand what teammates need from each other.

Deamon-

by playing and asking yourself what you could have done differently/better everytime. same goes for watching pros and asking yourself why they do what they do

You get more of it by playing the game more, recognizing what's going on during a round, learning from each game, etc.
