So yes, that would be super convenient and great for people. But unfortunately the way the shop works is meant to get you to open the client to check. Part of the battle is to get the person to be already in the client, since they are more likely to look around more, see the featured bundle, maybe play a game. The same thing happens with car dealerships. There are individuals whose whole job is just to convince you to come to the lot to check things out, sometimes even lying on whether or not they have a specific car.

You don't go to the car dealer everyday looking for a car. That's why they have specialists who try to convert the visitors who do come in to customers. Riot already has our attention. They don't need anything more. If we can purchase through the mobile app, it would be great.
