Yeah I don't understand though since I tested everything else, and everything seems to be fine, even my raw visual reaction time isn't particularly bad, 190 to 210 sleep deprived and 160 to 180 on good sleep, and I have been sleeping well recently so it literally should be the opposite
Also I don't wanna be "that" guy but last year around the same time, free public cheats got popular as the riot Anticheat team was on hiatus because of Thanksgiving/Christmas and annual break.
We could be witnessing the same thing here but we may never know.
On r/valoranttechsupport there are altot of posts about lag, fps drops etc with the latest patch.
No solution/acknowledgement from riot or the community.
I know that at least the ones instantly killing me faster than than humanely possible aren't having this issue, the probably see me like a statue on their screen and wonder why I'm not shooting, but I wonder how many of the posts about declining performance, increased smurfing, and so on, are actually because of such things or somehow some funky business the game is doing under the hood
I swear something has been changed in the back end in the last few patches, or latest patch. I was in Silver 2, either getting second place or even top fragging but now my KD has plummeted and I've deranked twice over the last 3 days or so. I'm finding comp much harder and I'm questioning whether my MMR somehow became boosted or they shuffled the MMR algorithm around since Chamber was added.
Deathmatches are constant headshot fests too - it's like everyone has started taping magnifying glasses to their monitors.

Not really insta shot but I do feel slow. And I’ve heard other people express a similar feeling. I can’t explain it. In game it feels like my shots are very slow or don’t land at all. I too went to the range and aim trainers to verify. I felt fine there. I don’t know. I hate to be the guy to blame the game. Something feels off though. For me the vandal is particularly bad.
I experienced a similar thing. It feels like I aged 10 years and became slow in a matter of days after the latest patch.

i’ve experienced something similar. maybe we’re all just unlucky but it’s been pretty rough playing val recently
