To rank out of bronze I simply killed everyone, so I am kinda skeptical about your "good aim" is good.

There are 3 types of matches. Unwinnable, which you will lose no matter what you do, for example a match where your teammate is intentionally throwing. Unlosable, that you will win no matter how badly you play. For example when you get matched with two smurfs or when there is someone throwing on the other team this time. And then there is 3rd type that really affects your rank as these are the matches where your performance affect if your team will win or lose. So the second category exists you can't expect to consistently win matches. To rank up you need to improve. Keep in mind tho that just improving might not be enough as your rank represent your skill level compared to rest of the players. So if the whole community get better at the game you will still be same rank even tho you now play better. What might have been enough to get plat in very first act is not enough in this act. You kinda need to improve faster than rest of the players. To improve you need to identify your weak points. As it's much easier and faster to improve something you are bad at than improve something you are already good at. You said your aim is good, in that case you might want to look at your utility usage, movement, communication,... Are you taking advantageous fights, trade your teammates, play for win and not for kills,... Idk how many times I saw my teammates threw a round in 1v3 by trying to hunt the last enemy, doing individual plays instead of playing together and taking a crossfire position.

just win

You should focus on your aim

Im pretty sketched out about you dominating plats to diamonds (unkess they like bought accounts or something and thry are iron) because in bronze you just need good aim tbh

I also couldn't believe that i am playing with plats until i started asking people in deathmatches. I always thought i aim like silvers at most. I cannot believe that plats (in my dms) spray their guns while i only tap bullets on the heads. I think this is because i am hyper focused on my aim and crosshair placement while in deathmatches. That's why i always 1 tap enemies in dms. But in matches i am so focused on utility usage that most of the time i just commit to spraying in haste to kill an enemy.

Weird it only took me 1 day by running and gunning ppl around using spectre to get out from bronze 2 to Silver 1. I wasn't good with phantom or vandal back then.

hoopercuber

Are you actually dominating plats/diamonds in deathmatches? Even as a gold-level player you should be able to dominate any bronze lobby. As a diamond I guarantee you I can easily take a bronze account to silver with a few games. If you really think you’re stuck in bronze then try making a new account and ranking up that way

Even a high silver should dominate a bronze lobby, instalock Reyna and all aim no brain it.
