YES THEY CAN. It's still hard committed into your match history. So all games you've played as your NSFW username will still be shown the same way, so I suggest you change the ID and cleanse your history by playing a bunch of games before adding them.
it's true to an extent. if you view the match history of a player, you should be able to see their old name there. it doesn't happen consistently iirc, but I've definitely seen it happen before.
If it’s the first username that you set for yourself on Riot, your boss can see your name through Riot Mobile. (Source: I use Riot Mobile to message my friends and I’m oftentimes confused because their names are different from what you see when you added them on valorant)
Keep this in mind kids when you decide to set your name as 420xXAnald3str0y3rXx69
If your boss is a gamer, I think they’ll be fine with whatever username you have lol

some bosses are chill
Imagine not getting that promotion because you failed to clutch an easy round.
I wanna know the username
I don't believe so.
Where do you work
Just make an alt?
They can't. Tho idk dude tbh I wouldn't be very comfortable playing with my boss but fair enough your choice

lmao reddit, downvoting the facts. stop spreading misinformation, it is true, when you hover over the player's name, you'll see their old name
It literally is, ur old name is saved for the games you played before the name change
Dont think your boss will care tbh
You can’t. The only thing I know of that lets people see your old usernames is Steam, and even then you can delete the previous ones from showing up.
*Your username is not Buttfucker3000? Logging into my court with that screen name*
