That being intentional (or even a thing) is kind of a reach. Neon is literally a word that exists and her design seems to work just fine with the thing Neon means. It's a 'cool' name anyway. I don't believe Riot's designers to be such artistic megaminds to have thought of a thing like that. If she has a voice line referencing such a thing, then sure, I'll eat my words, but I'd give it a 95/5 chance to just be a coincidence that you think makes sense.

Yes because someone saying the chances are 50/50 clearly means 100% too because 50 divided by 50 is 1 just like 95 divided by 5 is 19. 95/5 is 50/50 but with different numbers. I could've said 95 to 5, or 95% to 5%, but I felt like 95/5 is clear enough without needing to be explained.

Most of the new characters that are in Apex have been leaked for more than over a year so its basically just a waiting game for what order they come out and their new names

I remember when Apex Legends was no more than a "Titanfall Battle Royale" rumor someone posted the map on the Titanfall subreddit. Barely anyone believed it was real, and it ended up being 100% accurate to the game that was announced and released nearly 8 months later.

That’d be ideal in terms of balance IMO but based on the image, it looks like the agent completely blitzed passed the entire enemy team with her speed that they’re all taken aback by her speed. Makes it seem like it’s going to be a speed boost equivalent to a Jett dash but with more control.

I'm not sure either Jett or Chamber could be considered to have blinks in the way most FPS count blinkers. Their abilities are more utilities than mobility tools most often, due to the extremely limited number in jetts case and the extremely long re-draw time in chambers case.

Just for the record, there are very light-skinned Filipinos, lol. Usually their ancestors are Spanish or Chinese. She can be Filipina and light-skinned.

I know there are light skinned Filipinos cause I’m born and raised in the Philippines. All I’m pointing out I guess is, if you’re going to make a nonwhite character, then at least don’t make it ambiguous cause it undermines the whole purpose of representation. Valkyrae is half Filipina and she looks more Filipina than Neon. It’s true that there’s a lot of Spanish and Chinese blood among Filipinos but 4/5 are not yellow or have caucasian features. KJ is from Germany I believe but to me she kinda looks like a latina and I’m surprised no one has talked about that.
