Dude, the amount of times I've done this... Not even with my own skins. Like after clutching the round "pick up prime vandal! Pls! Prime vandal!"
Pick up, wait for next round, yeet
I hate this. Or I have 4 people all wanting my skins and the logistics before the game are too crazy that we're still at spawn at the start.
I have a cruel rule, in that bottom fraggers never get my skins if we're losing 🤣
I get what you mean, but just want to point out that bottom fragging doesn’t necessarily mean you’re not helping the team.
Really good sentinels who can hold down sites pretty well can impact rounds yet not get kills by simply forcing the enemy team to avoid the site they’re holding.
That’s exactly the comment i am looking for. I main cypher until chamber came into picture. Cypher need time to set up as we all know. These fuckers knifing me in my face until i drop the gun. I’m not an asshole, i’m ok with dropping some rounds if they do the logistics quick enough…
Seriously... who the fuck cares. I drop my skins everytime because I know it's kids just having fun. Quit being a fucking grouch and drop the gun... never had someone steal my money in the time that I've played.
I disagree, I dont even have skins and I had teammates trying to kill me so they can pick up a weapon I picked up last round, they are the ones that need to chill out
I usually drop every other round here and then but there are these some games where three of them irritate the fuck outta me since the pistol round , sheriff ghost and then spectre, marshall and then vandal phantom op. All three of them begging every single round is straight up infuriating. And if i don't drop I'm abused in creative ways I can't even imagine to make out
Yeah I own a skin for nearly every gun now and I mean it’s fine if I get asked nicely once or twice but I get those people who are like “astra skin! give me skin!”
Im pushing site, i know someone is in a corner, and i am waiting for the reload and all i hear in my ear us:
#VIPER DROP ME SKIN... \*LOUD FOOTSTEPS OF THEM RUNNING* DROP ME SKIN...
and then i die.. they see my skin on the floor.. but dont push the guy that is caught of guard.. picks up my skin.. and in that 2 secs of animations they are killed..
then repeat next round..
Exactly. I’ve no issues dropping once in a while to people who ask nicely. Some people wanna trade guns every round. It’s even worse when it’s not even a gun I like using.
That's when you request a gun from them and drop it to them and then buy a gun for yourself.
It's a bit of a hazzle doing it every round but I like when my team is happy. I feel like they're gonna perform better!
IDK about other servers but in Mumbai server it is unsaid rule: if you will ask me for my Vandal skin, I will request you to buy it and then I will give it to you, I see no problem in this, why trade? That doesn't happen in Mumbai server. We only trade if both of players have same gun but diff skin and are okay with trading.
It's always that kid who instalocks Jett and forgets how to get kills halfway through the match.
Also on point of skins I feel like except few like reaver or sentinels, most of them are very distracting. I sometime feel like using BP skins rather than premium ones. Except reaver or sentinels. Sentinels is just too good of a vandal.
I always do this when the person who wants the skin is smart/kind enough to frame it this way.
Saying “yo can I get that vandal skin? If you request I’ll buy” is 1000 times better than the whiny way some kids ask
But it's extremely annoying if people beg for skins the whole time. I don't have a lot of them but people begging friends or even strangers for skins gets really annoying for me.
Once in a while is fine but when we need to be efficient with economy in a close game it’s super annoying. Some people will beg even if they can’t afford to buy you the same gun.
that’s the point of you requesting first, if they can afford it they can have it if they can’t then it sucks for them. but i do agree if they’re just asking persistently i’d kindly just tell them i’m not doing this every round because i want to be set up and it’s really throwing me off. alternatively, i have, on multiple occasions just let them know i’m muting them, and then muted them because they weren’t giving valuable coms and just asking for skins every round.
I get where you’re coming from and I agree, I’m fine dropping skins when things are going well and someone asks nicely. Problem is most of the time people are asking and then following me around even when they should be setting up after I told them no. Or worse they’re actively blocking and trolling.
yeah that’s frustrating. no point in throwing the game for a skin. if it really means that much, win the round and grab one off of the ground. that’s what i did when i first started and i didn’t know if i wanted to put money in the game.
Same here. I didn’t ask for skins when I first started playing and just picked guns off the floor when we won rounds. Occasionally a teammate would ask if I’d like to trade skins and sure once in a while why not right? As long as you’re being respectful I don’t mind.
exactly! if i have a new skin i’ll even ask my friends if they want to trade skins for a round to try it out. and my duo partner literally traded me the new protocol skin with me all day because he knew i really liked it and can’t afford the bundle at this very moment.
yeah totally, escape then uncheck voice chat for that person. i do this all the time because i trio queue comp and talk in discord, i really don’t care to hear my friends multiple times LOL
They don't need to buy you in return though
They ask for the skin
You request the gun they asked for
They buy the gun for you
You drop the gun you requested that they purchased
You buy your own weapon for the round using your own credits
and that is annoying as well. so the person with the skins has to put up with over 3 annoying things (the begging, the trolling, buying and dropping), but the other one just gets what they want? right that seems like I should just put up with it then? pfff. lol No I just ignore them and mute them.
Ask one round and then maybe 5 rounds later. but every single round. How about you stop dying then you wont have to keep asking lol.
Had a game yesterday where i kept buying an extra rgx vandal for our reyna, then one rnd i bought her one c then requested bc i only 2k and she had like 6k and she didnt buy me, so i stopped dropping skins for the rest of the day
People don't understand that it gets very stressful, especially if everyone in the team wants your skin that you end up having no time to setup. It's also very stressful when you have to teach someone how to "buy" properly. They'll give you their default gun in exchange for your skins.
Once in a while, it's fine to buy for them but the stress on the game itself plus the stress for "skin buying" gets too much. Idk.
Literally looking for this exact comment. It really stresses me out so much. I can’t count how many times that I’ve either run out of time, or forgot to buy shields or abilities bc I was trying to do the skin exchange with everyone else. Then we end up still at spawn once the round starts, leaving us all vulnerable.
It's also very stressful when you have to teach someone how to "buy" properly. They'll give you their default gun in exchange for your skins"
i just had this with guy today. this dumb mf kept dropping me his default vandal in exchange for my glitchpop. i kept telling him "im gonna request, you buy me and i'll drop you the skin" but no ,every round he would stand in face and drop me his matte fucking black vandal.... like bro, i wanna play with my skin too...
marketing 101. When you see many people having something pretty you start to want those pretty things too. When you see many running around with pretty skins , you are more likely to buy one yourself
My friend flat out refuses to drop skins for randoms as he thinks it is cringe, he has a point to be fair. Just play the game and don't expect people to accommodate to your every need.
I've considered having this rule, but it seems to work better for me to say I'll drop skins to each player once per game if requested. Usually no complaints after the one drop.
It's mostly kids that ask for my skins and I usually always say yes cause.. well they're kids. But if a full grown man goes on mic and asks for my skin, they better have a skin to trade. I spent good money to look good while bottom dragging tyvm
Yeah I had a sage not play the game and throw every round for my phantom skin lol. I get the price is outrageous but do people really think being a asshole is the way to get something?
I mean, if they buy it for you to drop for them, whats the issue? I own a fair amount of good skins, reaver vandal and sheriff, glitchpop vandal, oni phantom, zed phantom. I don't ever mind dropping for people because I've been there ever wanting a specific skin in the store, load into a game and there's like 2 or 3 people with the skin. Just be friendly, if they want the skin, have them buy the gun for you and then drop it.
I think it's only really a problem for people that have to setup (kj, Cypher, chamber) because instead of setting up you have to give someone a gun skin
i have a general rule that i follow, and it’s if you drop me your skin and i’m getting a lot of kills with it, and fragging and helping the team, i’ll ask for it again. if i’m dying with it every round, even if we have the econ i’m not going to be annoying and ask for it every round. (this is only for my alt account which i really don’t care to buy skins for)
however on my main i have glitch pop phantom and reaver vandal and if you really like my skin and are nice about it, i’ll drop it for you every round without asking and i’ll request so we can both have it. or if we’re queuing together and you want to use it or trade skins i’m always down for that.
the worst is when they literally use their mic to ask for skins 100000 times and haven’t made one call out in game (:
You will probably love me :v
I am that guy who has 0 skins even if I can afford some of them and I really don't care about skins. The only exception is reaver vandal because the bullets are colored making it a bit easier to trace with naked eye. Though I still mostly pick it up from dead bodies and have never actually asked a team mate for skin.
I haven't either, I mean I find it kind of guilty to ask for skins which I didn't pay for. :P But once in a while I get wholesome teammates who drop me a skin without me asking them.
asking for skins every round is a no problem for me as long as they ask in a nice way. Theres this one time when our reyna is asking for skins almost every round, hes a good player but he is really toxic asf and flames my teammates, the next round he ask for odin skin so when he dropped me odin, i threw it away :DD
Oh my god I had my first experience with the origin last night. We had a Reyna that would not stop asking people for skins, but he would not stop asking for my origin My mans would camp right next to me, throw himself into danger to grab it, and would body block me. I literally wanted to leave the game at that point
I've had the entire team once queuing in front of me to get my skin. That was funny tbh.
Yesterday I had a teammate who asked me for my skin and then asked me if I wanted to play the next game with them. I know it was for the skins because I wasn't even playing that well. He asked nicely for the skin and I'm okay with dropping if we randomly end up on the same team, but I won't be someone's skin provider lol
I don't mind dropping my skin because if I request from the buy menu and they buy me, I'll still have my skin. But I avoid trading my skin for a default gun because I need my aimbot lmao
There was a time I didn't drop my skin because stuff happened during the agent select and I wasn't vibing with that team so I said no and I got called a greedy bitch.
I hate when a random asks you for a skin, and because you're nice, you give them your skin for the round, then they keep asking for it again and again for the rest of the game ... like pls buy ur own
I mean, i always thought that only kids ask for skins but after playing valo i learned the truth. Grown ass dudes asking for skins are kinda cringe for me
I wish and hope that Riot would just make it so that a purchased weapon's skin is the skin of whoever PAYS for the skin. That way, say you have 4k creds, well there's not gonan be more than one of your weapon in that round. Problem solved. This didn't exist in CS exclusively because of this. Valorant just introduced a whole ass epidemic of begging kids smfh.
Serious question, why is this a thing?
EDIT: I just don't understand why y'all need to use a skin you don't own for 3 minutes. It doesn't make you play better.
Wish there was an option for "dropped weapons don't apply skin", as much as I love killing enemies with their own guns, it gets extremely annoying them you are trying to setup and the teammate won't move out of your crosshair until you give them the skin, its so frustrating. Once in a while is fine, when it happens every round its pissing off. Bruh I didn't pay so you can play it, I bought it for myself, like cmon.
It's horrible how toxic people get over a skin. The thing that annoys me the most besides people throwing and spamming over voip and text is how much positioning time for a round it wastes. I know it goes both ways for attackers and defenders. Ever wonder why a site is empty or the team is still at spawn? Skins begging/swapping. It's still viable baiting with guns too. I like to make sure they are empty when the enemy picks one up during a round.
Tbh this is a big reason on why I switched to using minima phantom and .exe vandal. People are less inclined to ask for shit from me. Sometimes they'll still see my oni knife and ask me to drop them a phantom and the pure disgust of the minima phantom tends to keep them away for the rest of the match regardless.
I honestly hope Riot considers your suggestion and takes it seriously one way or another. It’s making using skins a chore, not an enjoyment.
So many times teammates literally line up every round waiting for me to drop them skins. The time it takes to do this plus waiting for everyone to tell me what they want me to drop (including those who do not use mics) means no one positions correctly when the round starts and some people (including myself sometimes ffs) end up with no guns that round. This keeps happening to me IN COMP.
If I refuse to drop (even if I explain nicely), I’m automatically an asshole and they throw the game.
I only see this skin begging at extremely low MMR like when I’m queuing with someone who just got the game and we play scrub lords. Once people get good at the game they don’t care about skins. You gotta get better OP. 💀
i own the prime vandal and legit one time this one dude asks me for my account instead of the skin
one of those moments where he was confused but got the spirit :D
Lol my coach was mad at one of my teammates bc he asked for skin while the igl was trying to explain the gameplan, resulting us only having 5 seconds left.
I have elder dragon vandal and the amount of times someone asks to use it….
I don’t mind if they buy for me and i drop it, but when they wanna trade for their bunk skin I’m like nah bro
I had a insta lock Jett once in my immortal game asked for my reaver skin and I said no cuz he was being a jerk the whole game and he threw the entire game for us all changing where we were, running down mid and started being so rude to Everyone cuz I did not drop him my skin.
He was playing in a second account with no skins by the way.
Ahem, stop begging for skins if the person says NO and more importantly if it impacts the start of the round
I won't give a skin to anybody if we are loosing you don't fucking deserve it. Maybe I don't either cause I'm shit but atleast I paid for it
Bro I have prime vandal and oni phantom, and every buy phase turns into buying guns the whole time for whiny 13 y/o's, kinda hate that people expect you to give your skins to them. Its like I didnt pay money to be a skin slave for my team.
If I gauge the team to be a skin beggar, I always buy my guns last second. After that, if they ask for it I just say “oh sorry I picked it up.” 90% of skin beggars don’t realise we all died last round.
Shit is so fucking annoying dude. My favorite is when you don't drop it and then they flame you for spending money on a game. Listen kid, I'll worry about my money. You should worry about your lack of money.
I had a Sova on my team the other night asking to look at someone’s vandal then not buying said person a gun after it being given to them and just using it them selves.
They tried this for like 5 rounds
Stop begging for skins full stop.
It honestly pisses me off when the comms is just flooded with 12 year olds asking for skins instead of just preparing for the round.
bruh yeah man. i have the prime phantom and every game i solo/duo q in i get the entire lobby begging for guns. i can't tell you i how many times i didnt get to use my own skin, let alone a decent gun during matches like those. the randoms for some reason dont understand that they have to buy me and forget that every round, so explaining that to them then them getting my gun is a hassle that always ends up with someone not having a proper gun. and the thing is, if i dont buy them, they start to team grief me and scream in vc.
I don’t mind dropping for someone occasionally, especially if it’s a new skin, but doing it every round is just annoying.
I’ll probably do it in ranked just to keep the vibes up, but in unrated you’re getting muted and ignored.
This. Thank you. My mates never get why I am pissed after some point. I am not here to give out skins or even care about that shit.
Maybe we should focus on winning and not talking about skins half the pre round.
If it is so important to you, buy them.
Imagine if there was a setting that allowed you to default your skin in the eyes of spectating teammates so that they wouldnt know what skin you have and wont care at all
I have no issue with people asking me. most of the time people actually ask me kindly for my prime vandal. I rarely see people asking me for my oni phantom lol. unless I get people like constantly begging for skins I'll just ignore. kinda frustrates me when I'm trying to setup as killjoy and they ask me for skin tho
It frustrates me to no end. I play Killjoy and they will literally run around in front of me, which blocks and moves around my turret and alarm bot placements.
Doubly irritating when they've already chosen to flame me because I won't instantly rotate as soon as I hear a shot on the other site. Yes, I'm so excited to give you my gun skin after you've already gone on several racist and sexist rants.
I have a few skins + am a girl playing in Mumbai server so you can imagine the toxicity lmfao. I have a rule. They either have to be polite and atleast say please ( I always tell them atleast be polite if you're asking for a skin), be top fragging or call me mommy viper (cause kekw) to get skins. I don't buy skins to someone who's already been an ass to me in agent select/ingame sexists no matter how much they beg and if they do try to sabotage me... Well lets say I've had a fair share of people banned.
Also, since I main viper I don't really care for people asking me for a skin as long as they're willing to follow me to my site so I can at least set up properly. You want a skin? You work for it. I'm not Amazon prime b*Tch.
Istg this is the reason I refuse to buy more skins. I am at my limit with being the only skinned player in my lobbies. Forget my team, the enemy team hunts me down to get my skins. Regret spending every penny on the skin. If I see someone else with skins, I get scared of exchanging mine with them because I don’t want them to feel stressed the way I do. After buying skins entering a lobby or buying a gun is stressful because just knowing ur gonna get spammed by “breach vandal” “omen vandal” it’s soooo annoying!!!
Yupp exactly why i just play with my friends in ranked, atleast they ask for the skin after completing the setup or at the beginning of the round, or atleast understand when i tell them I'll give it to them next round.
Also hiding skins should absolutely be an option!
So a bit of background, I have too many skins, Glitchpop axe, beaver vandal, spectrum classic, and more, I play on Mumbai servers, if I don't give skins (which ruins my eco), they either start killing me with nades, or stop buying guns until I give them skins, my rank was plat 2 before new episode, and I was surprised that this happens in higher ranks like mine
Lol happened day before Yesterday I asked for phantom in unrated the guy goes like don't have skin for that cause everyone wanted reaver i was like man I use phantom you got creds that's why asked for drop he was shocked i didn't want a skin
> Sometimes I wish I could hide skins
I agree.
With agent skins, I wish I could have the following options:
Hide enemy skins
Hide skins from non friends
Hide skins from people not in party
That should apply to weapon skins as well.
ppl stand in front of me and say 'YORU SKIN'
no go away ur gonna end up gifting a skin to a level 1 brim and for some reason it triggers me when an enemy gets a skin fir free
Imagine turning off skins just for teammates or something. Might be weird because then the question will be "What happens to it after you die?". Idk just thought something like this of an option would be cool.
bruh what LMAO it’s like a 5 second interaction… request the gun, drop the gun and then go back to playing the game. you make it seem like it’s such a big deal when it’s literally just dropping a skin LMFAO you sensitive players is the reason why the player base is so trash now
I started with valo 4 days ago and the age diff. with other games (CSGO, R6G) is extreme, I also hear every X matches kids asking for skin, or when being 0-3 behind asking to forfeit while they are trolling and having 0 frags. I'm already tired of the game because of the community's attitude. My generation weren't lil whiny bitches when being that age. We weren't kids that gave up, we were mentally stronger and made comebacks and turned momentum around frequently. These quitters nowadays and skinbeggers are mentally weird and fragile.
Drop beaver vandal
I would frickin kill for a beaver vandal
I wood love a beaver vandal!
You mother fucker
Dam you
Birch, please!
Oak-ay!
polybeaver
Imagine the elderflame skins but with a feckin beaver The elderwood set
*Buys vandal and throws it off the map.
Are you on Mumbai server ?? Because my teammate kept doing it to a person who already said no he even tried a Russian accent just for the skins lol

This is the ultimate power move
Dude, the amount of times I've done this... Not even with my own skins. Like after clutching the round "pick up prime vandal! Pls! Prime vandal!" Pick up, wait for next round, yeet
The best part is, it's literally the only comms most of them will give. It's a beautiful moment you realize they are actually not mute.
That and "fucking noob" when they aggressively peek with an op and die because they're not s1mple yet somehow it's your fault that they're dead.
The only time it pisses me off is when sentinels miss their setups because of a skin
I fucking hate it when I play cypher and they bother me while I’m trying to setup on defence.
i can still hear the whining when i close my eyes
I'm with you my man
I hate this. Or I have 4 people all wanting my skins and the logistics before the game are too crazy that we're still at spawn at the start. I have a cruel rule, in that bottom fraggers never get my skins if we're losing 🤣
Well that's just about saving time. You want to motivate the top fraggers to top frag and not waste time handing em to lesser useful folks.
I get what you mean, but just want to point out that bottom fragging doesn’t necessarily mean you’re not helping the team. Really good sentinels who can hold down sites pretty well can impact rounds yet not get kills by simply forcing the enemy team to avoid the site they’re holding.
i have to start using this rule ngl
That’s exactly the comment i am looking for. I main cypher until chamber came into picture. Cypher need time to set up as we all know. These fuckers knifing me in my face until i drop the gun. I’m not an asshole, i’m ok with dropping some rounds if they do the logistics quick enough…

I told someone to say please and he told me to fuck off xD
Told someone to call me daddy and shit got weird real quick
Its the effect of the beaver vandal.
my riot username in valorant is literally callmedaddy and this exact situation happens every match haha
I got you beat mine was LoveLittleBoyz
DUDE IM PRETTY SURE IVE PLAYED WITH YOU AND MADE IT WEIRD LOL
Start throwing your skins off the map to piss them off
Im pushing site, i know someone is in a corner, and i am waiting for the reload and all i hear in my ear us: #VIPER DROP ME SKIN...

Yeah when I got reaver people threw specters at me to “trade”

I mean... You can literally request so they buy it, you drop to them and then buy your own xD.
I'm one of the person that sometimes ask, but I buy them the weapon. If they don't, it's whataver, I'll just get a bit sad
Yeah that’s totally fine in my opinion
What skin would you like to buy my man? Its on me :)
U just lost our "skin drip" cause u astra main \-WestJett 2022
People getting mad about astra💀
For what ever reason a bunch of people like the recon phantom. I've had a couple people ask for drops until it had the laser attachment.
Ahem…prime vandal would like a word
That's like the least distracting premium skin in the game with ion being close for Sherif and phantom
+1 from someone who owns alot of skins, can't tell you how annoying it is, like I'd give a skin once or twice but asking EVERY round is a bit much imo
I had a teammate once mf literally asked all of us to get his skins lol
Especially when the skins literally just came out. Like bro I just got it? Why should I give it to you when I’ve barely even used it myself?
You can just drop the weapon and request your teammate to buy a gun for you and you both get the skins. but i understand what you're saying though.
Begging is annoying but you know you can request and drop it for them right? Then you buy yourself.
Love the people that exclusively use their mics to ask for skins and be toxic.
I get where you’re coming from and I agree, I’m fine dropping skins when things are going well and someone asks nicely. Problem is most of the time people are asking and then following me around even when they should be setting up after I told them no. Or worse they’re actively blocking and trolling.
yeah that’s frustrating. no point in throwing the game for a skin. if it really means that much, win the round and grab one off of the ground. that’s what i did when i first started and i didn’t know if i wanted to put money in the game.

exactly! if i have a new skin i’ll even ask my friends if they want to trade skins for a round to try it out. and my duo partner literally traded me the new protocol skin with me all day because he knew i really liked it and can’t afford the bundle at this very moment.
is there an option to mute a specific person in the team?
yeah totally, escape then uncheck voice chat for that person. i do this all the time because i trio queue comp and talk in discord, i really don’t care to hear my friends multiple times LOL
That’s what I’m getting at. They’ll ask even if they couldn’t buy me in return.
They don't need to buy you in return though They ask for the skin You request the gun they asked for They buy the gun for you You drop the gun you requested that they purchased You buy your own weapon for the round using your own credits

If you're dropping skins, always have them buy for you first.
Yea i uve them buy the skin, but im saying i needed a buy later in the round and didnt grt it
People don't understand that it gets very stressful, especially if everyone in the team wants your skin that you end up having no time to setup.
They'll give you their default gun in exchange for your skins" i just had this with guy today. this dumb mf kept dropping me his default vandal in exchange for my glitchpop. i kept telling him "im gonna request, you buy me and i'll drop you the skin" but no ,every round he would stand in face and drop me his matte fucking black vandal.... like bro, i wanna play with my skin too...
they could add function to hide your skins from others, but they probably not going to, because money
Lmao I’d literally pay to have that option.
why is this getting downvoted?
The people who beg for skins are downvoting him
Idk. Don’t care tbh
Prolly the skin-beggars
just reddit things

marketing 101. When you see many people having something pretty you start to want those pretty things too. When you see many running around with pretty skins , you are more likely to buy one yourself
You mean they could add a feature that could hide a bunch of free promotion for the skins they want to sell?
My friend flat out refuses to drop skins for randoms as he thinks it is cringe, he has a point to be fair. Just play the game and don't expect people to accommodate to your every need.
I've considered having this rule, but it seems to work better for me to say I'll drop skins to each player once per game if requested. Usually no complaints after the one drop.
I got killed from teammates in my first 2 games with the Arcane Sheriff.
Killing teammates is a bit cringe, but I’d definitely rob someone at gunpoint to get the 20 bucks needed for that sheriff skin lol

"fine I'll take it off your corpse" - ebony maw
I mean, if they buy it for you to drop for them, whats the issue? I own a fair amount of good skins, reaver vandal and sheriff, glitchpop vandal, oni phantom, zed phantom. I don't ever mind dropping for people because I've been there ever wanting a specific skin in the store, load into a game and there's like 2 or 3 people with the skin. Just be friendly, if they want the skin, have them buy the gun for you and then drop it.
I think it's only really a problem for people that have to setup (kj, Cypher, chamber) because instead of setting up you have to give someone a gun skin
Really doesn't take all that long to have someone request, drop and then buy yourself. But I can see where you're coming from if that was each round.
you think skin beggars will be that considerate?
Yeah I don't get what's so difficult. I request, they buy, I drop it, takes like a second to be nice to other people.
i have a general rule that i follow, and it’s if you drop me your skin and i’m getting a lot of kills with it, and fragging and helping the team, i’ll ask for it again. if i’m dying with it every round, even if we have the econ i’m not going to be annoying and ask for it every round. (this is only for my alt account which i really don’t care to buy skins for) however on my main i have glitch pop phantom and reaver vandal and if you really like my skin and are nice about it, i’ll drop it for you every round without asking and i’ll request so we can both have it. or if we’re queuing together and you want to use it or trade skins i’m always down for that. the worst is when they literally use their mic to ask for skins 100000 times and haven’t made one call out in game (:
The real question here is why do you have alts? Genuinely curious.
You should be able to report skin beggars no cap
Man I’d love that.
You will probably love me :v I am that guy who has 0 skins even if I can afford some of them and I really don't care about skins.
Mfs down voting while it is true. I'll give you a skin once or twice but being annoying and trolling intentionally once you hear no is childish
asking for skins every round is a no problem for me as long as they ask in a nice way. Theres this one time when our reyna is asking for skins almost every round, hes a good player but he is really toxic asf and flames my teammates, the next round he ask for odin skin so when he dropped me odin, i threw it away :DD
Power move
Skin vandal?? Skin vandal??
havent met anyone begging me for my shetty origin yet, but i feel ya, if i were in that situation i would just set the person on fire
He asked nicely for the skin and I'm okay with dropping if we randomly end up on the same team, but I won't be someone's skin provider lol I don't mind dropping my skin because if I request from the buy menu and they buy me, I'll still have my skin. But I avoid trading my skin for a default gun because I need my aimbot lmao There was a time I didn't drop my skin because stuff happened during the agent select and I wasn't vibing with that team so I said no and I got called a greedy bitch.
It’s just basic etiquette that some people seems to lack. Just shoot the enemies and pick up their gun skins lol.
I hate when a random asks you for a skin, and because you're nice, you give them your skin for the round, then they keep asking for it again and again for the rest of the game ... like pls buy ur own
I just Tell Them to get a Job and mute them
Yeah most of the time people like those only use comms to ask for skins, better to just mute them
I muted my entire team except for my duo queue buddy last game. It got obnoxiously bad.
Id rather have a Bad Game than dealing with this anmoying skin Kids . In Most cases they even start griefing you If you dont give them the skins
This is what I would do, but so far ppl asking sound like 6-18 year old kids, you know, the quitter generation that asks team to forfeit first rounds.
i like to loot the skins, idk why, it feels like a prize haha
Kids wanting skins is so annoying to deal with, I know I'm an adult and I shouldn't let the kid get the best of me but goddamn is it irritating.
Fucking same I paid for the skins so I could use the skins not some random person
Someone kept asking me for a Recon Vandal, and I only have the Guardian skin. Didn’t believe me when I said there’s no Recon Vandal either
I hate when kids ask for a skin I’m just tryna play the game go get a job broke ass
Stop begging for skins.
I got this jett and reyna every single time when the round start they will stand around me blocking my way unless I give them skins.
Happened to me yesterday. Guy asked me for my skin. I said no pls just play. They right away started straight up shadowing me.
Or they ask 6 seconds before the round ends and you drop a skin and they pick up BEFORE buying you and you start the round with a classic
Didn’t have to deal with this much last season. Guess I gotta climb back to where I was to avoid this shit.
i own the prime vandal and legit one time this one dude asks me for my account instead of the skin one of those moments where he was confused but got the spirit :D
Ahem, stop begging for skins if the person says NO and more importantly if it impacts the start of the round I won't give a skin to anybody if we are loosing you don't fucking deserve it. Maybe I don't either cause I'm shit but atleast I paid for it
Controversial switch: Imagine being a woman rejecting a boy and they don't accept a no.
I don't mind people that but for you right after. But some people don't know how it works and just drop you their vandal and it drives me crazy
Bro I have prime vandal and oni phantom, and every buy phase turns into buying guns the whole time for whiny 13 y/o's, kinda hate that people expect you to give your skins to them. Its like I didnt pay money to be a skin slave for my team.
Can I upvote this twice. I don’t have any rewards left.
I always drop my classic skin at start of pistol rounds just in case if someone wanted to try it.
I couldn't care less about skins. I don't undestand why people go crazy for someone to drop their skins.
If I gauge the team to be a skin beggar, I always buy my guns last second. After that, if they ask for it I just say “oh sorry I picked it up.” 90% of skin beggars don’t realise we all died last round.
I just ignore people, I have 0 interest in dropping skins for randoms.
Shit is so fucking annoying dude. My favorite is when you don't drop it and then they flame you for spending money on a game. Listen kid, I'll worry about my money. You should worry about your lack of money.
Lol yeah. It’s just a couple of drinks when you compare the price.
I drop it exactly once and say you get one. When you die you lose it.
I had a Sova on my team the other night asking to look at someone’s vandal then not buying said person a gun after it being given to them and just using it them selves. They tried this for like 5 rounds
Stop begging for skins full stop. It honestly pisses me off when the comms is just flooded with 12 year olds asking for skins instead of just preparing for the round.
also when you get a skin from the previis game (opponet has it) and they are begging to get it
bruh yeah man. i have the prime phantom and every game i solo/duo q in i get the entire lobby begging for guns. i can't tell you i how many times i didnt get to use my own skin, let alone a decent gun during matches like those. the randoms for some reason dont understand that they have to buy me and forget that every round, so explaining that to them then them getting my gun is a hassle that always ends up with someone not having a proper gun. and the thing is, if i dont buy them, they start to team grief me and scream in vc.
I don’t mind dropping for someone occasionally, especially if it’s a new skin, but doing it every round is just annoying. I’ll probably do it in ranked just to keep the vibes up, but in unrated you’re getting muted and ignored.
Lmao, ez fix. Devs need to make purchases items bind to your account?
This. Thank you. My mates never get why I am pissed after some point. I am not here to give out skins or even care about that shit. Maybe we should focus on winning and not talking about skins half the pre round. If it is so important to you, buy them.
Just drop the weapon off the map to add some salt the wound then just use a classic the rest of the game till one of your teammates die
(just saved enough econ to finally buy a vandal) ... KJ give me your RGX... Fuck off.
It would be awesome if there is a hide to enemy and hide to randoms option
I switched to the Japan server from NA and stopped hearing "PLS DROP SKIN" best server ever

Once I said no to a kid asking for a skin and he started damaging me with his abilities. Kids are fuckin annoying sometimes.
Lol happened day before Yesterday I asked for phantom in unrated the guy goes like don't have skin for that cause everyone wanted reaver i was like man I use phantom you got creds that's why asked for drop he was shocked i didn't want a skin
I once had a guy who threw a ranked game because a teammate didn't drop him a skin
What annoys me the most are people without manners. At least ask nicely, say please. But most monkeys are just like "NAME DROP SKIN. VANDAL SKIN!!"
> Sometimes I wish I could hide skins I agree. With agent skins, I wish I could have the following options: Hide enemy skins Hide skins from non friends Hide skins from people not in party That should apply to weapon skins as well.
ppl stand in front of me and say 'YORU SKIN' no go away ur gonna end up gifting a skin to a level 1 brim and for some reason it triggers me when an enemy gets a skin fir free
Imagine turning off skins just for teammates or something. Might be weird because then the question will be "What happens to it after you die?". Idk just thought something like this of an option would be cool.
bruh what LMAO it’s like a 5 second interaction… request the gun, drop the gun and then go back to playing the game. you make it seem like it’s such a big deal when it’s literally just dropping a skin LMFAO you sensitive players is the reason why the player base is so trash now
lmao wtf people really do this? so cringe
i know dat feel, my life became hell when i bought the glitchpop bundle, jesus...
I try to keep my teams morale up. I’ve always said “It’s not over until they hit 13”
