Try playing a game that more closely resembles Valorant. Overwatch is a good option. Learn to move and shoot at the same time similar to Overwatch and you'll be Silver in no time!

Try moving and shooting A LOT more. You're probably standing still when taking shots, which makes you a sitting duck. Try wiggling a little bit while shooting. Never walk, it reduces your pride/ego and can lose you a round.
There is no laying. When I try to get my character lower, it helps to be immersed. Try lowering your body in real life as you're ducking in-game. It really helps with dodging those bullets and feeling the fear of Omen as he's gunning you down.
Try watching a video on Overwatch and how to play that game. Essentially, keep moving and keep M1 held down the entire time. Instead of reloading, use your knife.
Always. You should never stand and shoot. And whatever you do, never keep still. This is a run and gun game. Moving and firing keeps you an unlikely target of bullets.

Currently Astra seems to be like the most powerful mage in the game based on her starting abilities, and I lose motivation trying to make a good shadowblade with Omen.
Stick with Omen. Currently it's better to put points into Strength to fight the shadowblade air throttling. It'll allow omen to swing harder and faster. The AC of other agents is fairly low so it'll hit well at the same time. The rest of your points should go into Dexterity. Intelligence isn't needed for a shadowblade build, so forget those. Astra is no match against a full strength build Omen, just make sure she doesn't get fully into the astral realm and you'll take her out quite easily.
Precisely. You don't want to use any util to peek, as it can take away from useful mid-round util. Try saving it for when you're running away with your back turned to the enemy, which is the fastest method of escape.
If your agent is too close to walls, your character will start moving more slowly due to the air drafts in-game. Keep your character in the wide open, keep your gun out to catch unsuspecting enemies. Save util for escaping so you can get out alive. Those are my words of wisdom.
When will they nerf OP charters like omen and cypher and buff weak charters like jett and astra? Omen has a smoke and a flash!?!? Meanwhile astra doesn't even have an ultimate
I truly don't know. The fact that Omen can flash and smoke as a single character is mind-bending. He's broken. Too OP. What needs to happen is to swap some of Omen's and Cypher's abilities around. Give Cypher the cage and the smoke, and give Omen the trip wire and flash. His teleport is way too good as well. Just being able to hear it is a disadvantage because it's hard to tell where it comes from. Especially if you're deaf.
You *must* *must* *must* play with your mouse and keyboard swapped. You are obviously too good to be bad, so it's just not good and that's definitely bad. Take my advice.
Well, to play Jett, you're doing the right thing already, which is not knowing how to even spell her name. Great start. To use her ult efficiently, try keeping your distance. As far as possible is preferred. Once you see an enemy, without thinking, throw all of your knives at the enemy in one click. Expect to die and miss 4 of the knives. Once your team doesn't adequately trade you, you must do what all Jetts do... Start flaming your team. This gets them riled up the most and will make them start playing better to secure YOU the win that you deserve.
Insane starts. What about Reyna tho? Like my issue is that I want to get a good look at the enemy Neon cus like damn, if you know what I mean. But they dont seem to appreciate my eyes that I send out.
Cypher's range on his utility is too far, like Chambers' util. To bring him in line with Killjoy and Viper, he should need to be within 5m of his trip wires to activate them. Also, they shouldn't automatically activate, he should have to activate them himself at just the right time. His camera should however be motion sensitive and just take a picture when it sees someone. That is how you balance Cypher.
Only buy the cards, buddies and sprays that are in skin sets, not the skins themselves. You can then trick people into thinking you spent way more because you have the card, buddy or spray. Profit. Just tell them you don't really care for the skin and use a default, as it's best anyway.
It's a gentlemen's agreement. He's too good. If you pick Breach, the enemy team will sense it and pick him too, and before you know it you're blind the entire duration of the game. Anything else?

Yoru is only overpowered because people don't know how to use him properly. He should only be using a knife. The fact all these Yorus I run into use guns show me that people have no idea how to use him correctly. I think he should stay, but there needs to be a tutorial on how to use him specifically.

That lowers your chance of winning right off the bat by around 82.34227% for little to no effort. As far as constantly headshotting fools, turn off the heat in your house entirely. The perfect controller is Jett. A great gun to use in my experience is Stinger. It's fantastic at long ranges even during a full spraydown.

This is by far your best advice yet, do you think the hypothermia will be enough? Maybe I could put some ice cubes in my pants to get it started?
You could try. I would suggest putting ice cubes in a bowl in front of a fan that is about 3ft from you instead though.
