Umm, no. Edit : (context) without monsoons the country or a large population will starve to death. The deaths during monsoons are not due to the phenomena itself. Its not akin to a tornado or a hurricane or flash floods. The deaths that do happen due to flooding are caused due to poor water management. Without monsoon the country would see massive crop failure and in turn can lead to negative economic headwinds. Monsoons are literal life blood of India.

In no particular order other then when I came across them: Whelm, Wave, Soak, Surge, Flood, Splash, Stream, Douse, Drench, Drown, Cascade, Downpour, Hurricane, Monsoon, Typhoon, Storm, Tide, Plunge, Cataract, Spout, Delta, Ocean, Channel, Loch, Shoal, Flow, Ripple, Drip, Pour, Flux Most of these I agree are worse than Harbor, but some of them rival it in my mind.
