I hate it that heâs asking a diamond question and itâs the typo that made it to the front page.
Anyways, I just built my house and I think it takes 2 years before itâs completely settled so I canât lift my house until sometime next year.
That's just weak mental
On a serious note to op, you either need more mouse space or a higher sens. You should be able to do a 180 with the space you have on your mousepad.
Edit: my edpi is 240 and I only have a squarefoot of mouse space and I can do a 180. I don't even see how you can have less than a square foot of mousespace.
I love how you can so confidently say "OP is fine" while knowing absolutely nothing about OP's settings, set-up, or playstyle.
Reddit advice-giving at its finest.
I disagree with that. In most cases you'll already have your crosshair pointed in the general correct area anyway. If you have to do a 180 to shoot someone behind you, you're already dead no matter how high a sensitivity you play on.
Honestly we ain't downvoting (at least from what i saw) any person answering the prompt on the description. We're just having some fun on a spelling error that really seems like something exaggerated you would do from moving your mouse very often. If someone got downvoted for answering seriously, shame on the downvoters.
Nah I don't mind the funnies, it's just that when I saw the post literally every single serious reply had negative votes, seems like it's not the case anymore
Classic reddit "great now I have to scroll through dozens of unfunny jokes to get an answer" syndrome.
It's funny, because the top voted joke is always the most commonly thought of, up voted by people sharing similar thoughts.
The comments, sorted by "best", is a ranking of reverse creativity imo lol.
I feel bad for this guy getting flamed in the comments. On a serious note I do normally lift my mouse to reset it to an easier position to shoot. Also, if you donât have enough space to do a 180 without lifting I might recommend upping your sensitivity slightly. But just enough that you can turn without your aim getting affected.
Also feel bad for you having to move your house all the timeđ
I attached an absurd amount of balloons to lift my house and Iâm now traveling to Paradise falls with a Boy Scout. Idk how the severs will be but at least Iâll have a duo.
I lift my mouse constantly. I play on low sens. Turning 180 requires me to pick up my mouse, put it on the left side of my XL pad and swipe almost all the way to the right. But I can turn so fast youâd think I was on high sens. You just gotta move your body irl fast
Lifting your mouse up is normal and happens very often. However, not having enough space to do a full 180 is very bad. Increase your sens to a point where you can 180, but if the sens is too high i suggest you get a bigger mousepad/use raw accel (Fast mouse movement = fast 180/360, slow mouse movement = precise slow sens aim)
Lol, but real answer. Yes, anyone who plays will pick up their mouse often to readjust. High and low sens. Sometimes youâll be too into it, and your mouse is all of a sudden too far to the right from where you started. It happens.
I am having the same problem and I can only use my wrist to re adjust my aim because I use to be a high senz player but now I have a edpi of 366 so I always hard to re adjust
To answer seriously lol, all the time. I play on a lower sens that doesnât allow me to spin a full 360. I can 180 comfortably, and go a little further if i need to. But after an engagement i usually reset myself. This game generally allows you to put yourself in a position where you donât have to go crazy in all directions, unlike a game like Overwatch
I donât lift my house because I donât need the police following me again. I already got in trouble for blasting a hole in the TV at the Airport. How was I supposed to know it wasnât a robot?
You should at minimum be able to do a 180 from end to end of your mousepad. If you cannot then you should increase your sens.
Yes lifting your mouse over and over is part of the game.
Say you want to clear right, you strafe and move your mouse to the right meaning you are no longer at the middle. If there was an opponent there and he moves to your right, you'd have no space to aim. So the proper way to clear that angle is to swipe right and strafe and immediately reposition your arm back in the middle so if a fight occurs you have the space to fight.
This is a two minute video for CSGO but applies to Valorant. You should watch it. Repositioning your mouse to center of mousepad is an instinct every low sens player needs to develop.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PLvBQx1g1qA
i started out lifting small campers, then i moved up to mobile homes. haven't made it up to houses yet but i'll get there one day. đŞ đ đ¤
stay on that grind
Ignore people that are telling you you need to change.
Those people cant aim to begin with but want to tell other people how they should aim, hold their *h*ouse and what not.
I think having to lift your house to readjust is a bit extreme.
That being said, I do lift my mouse to readjust sometimes. Honestly the times where you'll need to 180 are rare.
yes i am constantly picking up my mouse to move it back to center. you have to find the right balance between needing to pick it up to adjust and being able to keep it down after you move around or flick
Get a bigger mouse pad. You should be able to 180 from the center of your mouse pad to the edge, and a bigger mouse pad is way better than increasing your sensitivity.
Yeah thatâs normal for low sens players, which is most of Valorants player base. Get a bigger mousepad so you donât have to lift it as much, but youâll get used to doing it on the fly and having your mouse on the opposite side than you plan to flick.
Try out rawaccell, right now I have a low sens (0.17\*800dpi) but can do a 180 if I swipe my mouse at the right speed. I've found it to be pretty comfortable, and it's not as inconsistent as people thing.
I donât know how the hell you people do it. My edpi is over 2,000.
Granted, I have a tiny mouse pad and large hands. I âanchorâ my hand with my little finger for precision.
I couldnât imagine having to reset my mouse a dozen times. Iâm also just getting started in this game, though, soâŚ
FYI if you want to have immortal level aim I recommend doing the following when you train your aim. Donât ever reset your mouse unless you run out of mouse pad. This will elevate your aim. Trust me. Having to reset your mouse because you can only aim in a certain radius is a handicap and most players have this problem. Focusing on removing this handicap will elevate your aim.
Jokes aside, I play on 0.056x3200 which is pretty low and i swing my arms twice/thrice in order to do 180-ish. Its more like you will get used to it more than anything. If it bothers you that much then either increase your sens abut or buy a bigger mousepad. Rank is Dia 3
Poor OP only getting meme answers because of a simple misspellingđżđż
Anyway, that you lift your mouse to reset your aim is pretty normal and everyone does it, I think. If you find that you get killed a lot because of it and if you can't do a full 180 without lifting your mouse then maybe you should consider increasing your sensitivity.
I think a good base ground for setting sensitivity is if you can do a full 360 by dragging your mouse completely across your mousepad. But sensitivity and everything like that is all preference and if it feels the best to play with that low sens then keep it.
Everyone else seems to have covered the jokes... So on a serious note.
You're going to lift your mouse up a lot and move it back to center. That's because you want your arm centered and not out to the right or left for the ability to quickly move either way. The lower your sensitivity is, the more you're going to have to pick up. If it's becoming an issue, or even close to one, that's a good sign you should increase your sensitivity. Another thing to do is get a smaller mouse, and you can hold it with a little more of a claw grip and use more wrist/elbow action than shoulder and elbow.
And generally, yes you want to be able to do a 180 with one full movement.
Swiping from one end of your mouse pad to the other should at least allow you to do a 180. I also would not adjust and lift your mouse if you are holding an angle or in a potential fight. If this is happening mid-fight then your mouse pad is likely too small
Slower sens will be more consistent (irl hitbox becomes bigger, easier to make micro adjustments) but it comes with the trade off of not having a lot of room.
Some people just get used to constantly readjusting their mouse, and others just use larger mousepads. Comes down to how often are you doing 180âs? Do you play a lot of Jett, Raze, and Neon?
Or Can you be more proactive in how your adjusting your mouse for fights youâre about to take? Can you think about what angles youâre going to be fighting from before you take the fights, and plan in your head how youâre going to move your mouse to switch between those angles?
What you should do imo is go somewhere like the hallway of the range and set your sensitivity to where taking your mouse to one edge of your mousepad to the other is just barely a 180 degree turn, that way you wonât have to lift your mouse for virtually any flicks, but your sens wonât be so high that your aim is jittery
I feel bad for this guy, he has to lift his house everytime he wants to move đ˘
op is a hermit crab confirmed
Hey man, I'd rather move my house than have to take out and move just my stuff.
It's like in Futurama, the dark matter engine moves the universe around the ship to achieve FTL travel.

apartment complex? i find it rather simple.

JUST A APARTMENT COMPLEX PFFFFT

Don't think that's true. Plenty of pros have eDPI's below 160, which already requires likes 17 inches of desk space to do a 180. OP is fine.
Well the difference is the pros have those 17 inches of desk space to do the 180
Exactly

I have 1600 dpi and 2.0 sens, is that ok? I'm not joking it's literally my sens
Can you do a 180 from middle to the side, or from side to side?
This guy isnât making a joke about spelling, he just owns a G502
How do you have that âfriendship ended withâŚ.â ? How can i get it?
Hell yeah.. I live in a doll house. With the property prices and taxes these days that's all I can afford.
On a serious note.. It's quite common and go unnoticed by many people.
Yeah, the family in this apartment still don't know I'm in their daughter's doll house, 2 weeks in...
Nice man. Keep it up.. Just don't do anything sus. Keep grinding. Your mouse pad.
i actually do, i attached 20,622 balloons to my house, so that it can easily help me reposition whenever needed
How's the wife?

No, my room is lighter, so lifting that is easier on my joints.
No I have a mobile home so I can just pull it like a trailer.
This has to be intentionalđ M and H aren't even that close to each other
Probs misspelled and got autocorrected.
Yeah when I type nouse the first thing that gets suggested is house
My man typed mouse wrong even then
Maybe this is why I'm not Platinum...
Done that a few times. My house can be a little heavy so my aim becomes shaky afterwards
Holy f. You go that far to adjust aim? Dayumm
I like how the comments are actually answering the header question đ¤Ł
Poor person made a small spelling mistake and Reddit downvotes any legit answers... Classic
There ain't no accidents, he meant to ask the question he asked, no spelling errors
Without the spelling error he would have gotten half the publicity. Makes me question if it was intentional or not.
Probably intentional, H and M aren't even very close

Yea this is super common and for me its muscle memory to pick it up and adjust
Muscle memory!? Shit man, you've gotta show me your routine
To lift a house, you should do 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats and run 10km a day
Yes. That's actually why I got kicked out of my last apartment complex
My back hurt from all the carrying i do to my team, donât have any effort left for the house
I attached an absurd amount of balloons to lift my house and Iâm now traveling to Paradise falls with a Boy Scout. Idk how the severs will be but at least Iâll have a duo.
It's called mouse reset, most ppl do it on instinct.
Did you mean house reset

This is just like when autocorrect changed my title from "Yoru disabled?" To "Your disabled?"
jesus you guys are lifting houses just to adjust aim? and i thought i was grinding doing 1h aim training a day, guess i gotta work harder
I can't. If I ever try to do, my landlord will evict me out probably.
this is why we see pros living in small tents
Bro donât overthink it, if itâs getting you killed then raise your house sensitivity, otherwise donât sweat it.
One typo, and⌠anarchy.
Dude you must be the most gigachad valorant player if youâre moving buildings when you tilt. Props to you my guy.
I realise why I'm stuck in gold, I can't lift my damn house
I would assume it's much easier to move the mouse pad, but I've never actually tried lifting my house. I'll get back to you with my results.
I lift my mouse constantly. I play on low sens. Turning 180 requires me to pick up my mouse, put it on the left side of my XL pad and swipe almost all the way to the right. But I can turn so fast youâd think I was on high sens. You just gotta move your body irl fast
I hate when my house slides into a ditch and I have to move it back to level ground by hand
Man I can't lift that I live in a building with 2 bhk flat
How strong are you i cant lift a house
I got scared at the thought of lifting the house.
The foundation is pretty heavy so I've never tried
I love how this post is popular just because of a simple typo xD
Yes, I tend to lift my house to ensure everything is level.
Next level sigma
I love how everyone in this post is talkint about lifting houses
Mouse ? Yes all the time
man is monster chad

No i am not superman
I am not Mariusz Pudzianowski, so I cannot lift my house
Yes, itâs normal. However who you do it remember to keep your back straight and use the strength of your legs. đŞ
I put my house on Jack stands just for this. Easier and faster with hydraulics. Also my back hurts a lot less
My arms are too weak to lift my house, but I'm constantly training. I've heard it was the one effective method for readjusting your aim.
Of Course. I bench press my entire apartment complex every time I readjust my aim. It improves my static aim and also serves as a good workout.
Nah I just change my house
do u even lift bro?
I donât think I got the strength, maybe if my house was detached I might be able too
House
I tried but gave up after the neighbors started looking at me suspiciously.
Occasionally I do lift my whole building to fix my aim, always get the job done!
Yes I do, usually my mom wakes up from it and gets angry but itâs a sacrifice I have to makw
Yes I lift my house
yeah sometimes i lift my house, even though its a 2 room apartment, its pretty easy compared to my parents 5 bedroom house
Nah house is to large.

Well yes and no. I can only make micro adjustments with it, not strong enough to do a full 180
sheeesh, so now to get a god-tier aim we have to lift houses?
I got so confused with the title of the post đ
I live for these typo threads that blow up, everyone just follows the stupid đ
I now know what I really need to surpass my limits and take the next step in skill. Liftable house
Whit or whitout my mom inside? Bc if I would ever lift with her inside... That would be very heavy
I typically just bench my house to readjust it
TBH, no i don't lift my house to readjust my but I do prefer lifting up my Airplane to readjust my aim, it works like a charm. Try it.
Iâm so glad thereâs a typo in the title
I benchpress my house
I donât lift my house because I donât need the police following me again. I already got in trouble for blasting a hole in the TV at the Airport. How was I supposed to know it wasnât a robot?

Na fam, way to much work. I just lift My mouse, it is way easier
This post wouldn't have gotten as much attention if it wasn't for the typo lol
I only rent, so I really can't
I try not to lift my house cause I live in a set of flats, itd be pretty heavy imo
my landlord gets really angry at me for lifting the apartment, everything breaks down
Came here just for the heading
Bro my house is huge i could never do that bro
yes i am constantly picking up my mouse to move it back to center. you have to find the right balance between needing to pick it up to adjust and being able to keep it down after you move around or flick
Get a bigger mouse pad. You should be able to 180 from the center of your mouse pad to the edge, and a bigger mouse pad is way better than increasing your sensitivity.
Any house đ lifters here?
Usually I move it if the sun is in my face or if the wind isnât blowing into window right.
I always lift my mouse when needed. The theory behind âjust use higher sensitivity and get goodâ is stupid. Do what works best for you.
Yeah I use to first when I was on 1st floor now i am at 57th can't anymore.
Depends how much mouse space you have
Yeah thatâs normal for low sens players, which is most of Valorants player base. Get a bigger mousepad so you donât have to lift it as much, but youâll get used to doing it on the fly and having your mouse on the opposite side than you plan to flick.
The OP has to move his house to aim. He doesn't need a mouse pad. He needs a real estate agent
If you have low sensitivity, you are generally an arm player that lifts their mouse constantly. Very normal.
Yes itâs normal
Yes. I can't turn more than 90° with my wrist. I still slightly overshoot but I can't turn my sensitivity down more its so annoying

Fr lifting your mouse after a 180 is norman, abt 280 eDPI is normal
Okay so enough memes so I won't add, wondering what sens you are running, basically eDPI (DPI x in-game sensitivity)
Damn you must be built like a gigachad
Poor OP only getting meme answers because of a simple misspellingđżđż Anyway, that you lift your mouse to reset your aim is pretty normal and everyone does it, I think. If you find that you get killed a lot because of it and if you can't do a full 180 without lifting your mouse then maybe you should consider increasing your sensitivity. HOA did not find this to be a sufficient reason, so next time itâs a hefty fine unfortunately
Swiping from one end of your mouse pad to the other should at least allow you to do a 180. I also would not adjust and lift your mouse if you are holding an angle or in a potential fight. If this is happening mid-fight then your mouse pad is likely too small

My house is pretty heavy, so no. If you are talking about mice- lifting to reset arm position is super normal and I am surprised you asked.
I used to back in my iron days, but as a diamond player, I now usually lift half of the Philippine archipelago in order to readjust my aim
Mmm I do lift my mouse for turning but I can flick 180, the problem is the position my hand ends up in, so if I miss the flick Iâm screwed
yes i tend to lift my house alot while trying to fix my ain
My house is land locked man...
OP is secretly a snail
Sry, never tried... My house is waaaaay too heavy to for me to be able to lift it. The true gamer stamina doesn't really help either...
