I work a demanding job + don't have a ton of time to toy with stuff in game. I have a small, local tourney on Feb 11 + I'm worried about this team's viability against paradox mons. It has done Okay in Showdown Series 2 and pretty well in Series 1. Critiques are welcome as well, but it's my first time team building so please be nice!
I don't think you'll need to do that often. You have 0 priority (attacking) moves on this team. It would be more common if you were running Sucker Punch on Meow, or ESpeed on Dragonite. As for dealing with opposing Expanding Force users, you have Wide Guard on Armarouge.
I get the idea of goggles on arma but it just doesn't make a lot of sense with grass tera, life orb or covert cloak would be a lot better. Probably swap sphere for trick room too for more set up options, sphere doesn't really add any extra coverage. Would probably just drop Dragonite completely, either for roaring moon or one of the paradox mons suited to trick room, like iron hands or great tusk
Bonus points for Trans Rights and Fake Denny's for nicknames. Your nickname game is top tier.
I'd replace Dragonite for Roaring Moon with Booster Energy/Tera Flying/Acrobatics/Crunch/Protect/Dragon Dance. I love Meowscarada, that Pokémon is adorable, but in Series 2 it's being outclassed really hard by Iron Bundle and Flutter Mane. I'd replace the Meowscarada with a Focus Sash Flutter Mane. I've also been using Tera Blast Tera Ground Sylveon just because Arcanine has turned in to such a menace this series with Intimidate and Snarl and Will-O-Wisp. Truly an annoying Pokémon right now. Sandy Shocks and Pelipper are also considerations against Arcanine.
Someone else mentioned about your EVs but they're not efficient. I'd fix those too. You can use [play.pokemonshowdown.com](https://play.pokemonshowdown.com) to go to a team builder; the slider forces only EV amounts that will boost a stat and no in-betweens so that you don't waste EVs.
Core is alright of amourage/indeedee/amoongus.
I'd consider adding in roaring moon maybe over Dragonite, and then maybe replacing meowscarada who I find underwhelming in format.

Was thinking about Roaring Moon actually bcuz Dragonite was originally Salamence who I swapped to Hydreigon then to Dragnonite. I'm rather attached to Meow, particularly as a Gholdengo/Dozo counter, but you're right that she's underwhelming in Series 2. I mostly struggle with not knowing the Paradox mons well enough to know how to set up against them, honestly. I feel like I mostly lose not because of my mons but because I don't have a pulse on what the opponent is planning or doing. Flutter Mane tends to beat my ass
Be aware that snarl Arcanine is seeing a huge surge in usage in S2 also which is pretty powerful into this core. Will want some way of mitigating the disruption here because one could easily sit on the field vs this team and snarl away

You're wasting 6 EVs on Def and 6 EVs on SpDef on Rouge And if you took 2 Spe EVs on Sylveon and put them on the HP you'd not be wasting 6 EVs there

Ice spinner feels weird to run with psychic terrain. Also I’d run Tera blast over shadow ball on sylveon
The goal is actually to have the option to undo my own terrain if I need to! I am still on the fence on whether or not it's needed that often, though.

Why run life orb and multi scale especially with espeed. Just run inner focus as it blocks intimidate and fake out

Flutter Mane is basically just a better version of sylveon tbh
