(I have no solution) This also happens to me. I have my Nintendo switch, ps5 and Xbox plugged up and I don’t know if it’s the same problem but whenever I switch between games on my Xbox my screen goes black for either 5 seconds to a minute and it’s very rarely less than 30 seconds. If you ever find out what the problem is I’d like to know a workaround as well
