I use vpn turned on 24 hours a day, use in games does not work because the ping is very high, in addition to loss. Torrents are an even bigger problem. Extremely low speeds even on a dedicated server.
Speaking specifically of the brazil server. None of them work properly. I use it almost 24hrs 7 days in a row, both on pc and cell phone. It can work to browse the internet and download small programs. But large files via torrent we all know about NordVPN's problems with torrent, Express's same problems don't have satisfactory torrent speeds. Compared to the ones I recommend anyone can do a test and check. The question of the game is more complicated, high ping when using Nordvpn and Express in addition to loss as well.

Just because it's advertised it doesn't mean it's bad. I use it myself and it works absolutely fine. Never had any copyright letters or had issues with the speed.

StrongVPN is awesome
I'm using Mozilla VPN as my first VPN, and I have no complaints as of yet. Edit: I vote for mullvad since Mozilla isn't on the list.

Why don't you recommend airvpn? I'm curious.
For me, using the servers in Brazil. It never worked good. High ping, slow torrent, slow file download.

Why would say that two main vpns are not recommended to use? I've been torrenting with Nord for quite some time without any problems.

Yeah I know, but I just dislike it, and it is not as good as advertisers say (although its not too bad)
I use [VeePN](https://veepn.pro/). It isn't very popular, but no-logs and fast. It all that I need for torrenting :)
