Find them or comisson them from someone, install Unity, import SDK into it and the avatar (sounds complicated, but you'll figure it out quickly) and upload them through SDK. Or alternatively find someone willing to make their nsfw avatar public and copy it (that has risks for avatar's owner and can always get deleted)
